Stayed at this Premier hotel in Milton Keynes and it was just okey. The rooms are very basic and the service only average. Was placed in a room with a window that couldn’t open and found the room rather stuffy. It’s only a basic hotel but conveniently located. Would only go back if I have no alternative in Milton Keynes.

Best hotel in Milton .Based on price location and quality.very quite Very clean rooms . staff very polite Thank you Archana and chef Onn for fabulous breakfast. Time to go skiing ,can change in room and walk in 5 min to snow zone. By the way. Wery good coffee too

The most fantastic receptionist Vanessa exceeded all expectations in her customer service a real asset to the team. Will be back to stay here just to see her. She too. Care of all our needs and went above and beyond making sure our stay was exceptional including her amazing local recommendations for where to eat and drink.

Friendly and efficient staff. Good location. On, who serves breakfast, is especially helpful. Although I don't understand why two people in the same room only get one hand towel, it was easily remedied. The room was clean and the layout is a good design with everything you need.

Lovely stay overall - clean and quiet room as would be expect. Breakfast was a real highlight, with particular mention for a member of staff called Fawad who could not have been more helpful - the restaurant was very busy but he took the time to make sure my daughter (who has food allergies) was safe and catered for - bringing new cutlery, ensuring food was made specifically for her etc. The positive experience for food allergies is what we’ve come to expect from Premier In thankfully, but Fawad made sure she felt welcome and no inconvenience at all! Thanks

The staff in the hotel were amazing and helped me out with every matter I had! They made my stay very welcoming and I will definitely be back! Thank you to Maddy for going above and beyond and helping me with every question or query I had! Will definitely recommend the hotel to family and friends

We stayed as a family on Thursday night. Had an easy check in but we were wowed by Fawad and his excellent service during breakfast. Nothing was to much trouble and he was very attentive to our needs. He is certainly an asset to Premier Inn.

We really like this Premier Inn, getting a room on the top floor is worth the extra money, so peaceful.
