If you are looking for a very good crafted cocktail, check out the Julep Bar and have Kevin make you a one of a kind Martini! He takes the time to listen to what you like and comes up with an awesome concoction. The food is also very good there! Highly recommend if you are downtown Milwaukee!

Great location, and the staff was fabulous! Domonique at the front desk was so helpful with our check in, answering all our questions, and accommodating our requests! Vince the valet was so quick, kind, and efficient, making it so easy to check our car in and out of the valet throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well kept. The angle of the TV to the bed was a little odd, and there was no pool/hot tub, but the staff got cold breakfast out early for the marathon runners!

What am amazing hotel. From the moment we walked into the gorgeous lobby, I said WOW. The staff greet you at the front, in the lobby and again at the desk. I was given the choice of the older more historic area or the tower. I chose the tower because I prefer a more modern room. The room was larger and nicer than I expected. And the view toward the lake is spectacular. I had lunch at the cafe, met with friends at the lobby bar, and a fantastic dinner at the upscale restaurant. We felt well taken care of at the conference. The set-up worked well. I so appreciate a conference where it’s easy to return to your room during sessions. I’ve stayed at more expensive hotels that weren’t as nice. Glad I added on a few extra days to enjoy Milwaukee, including being able to walk to the lake, the river walk, and many other fun sites and restaurants.

Like the American hotel, it is spacious, the hotel is not new but it is well maintained. The surroundings are quiet and there are not many dining options. Breakfast 18.04, buffet, good juice and fruit, others are simple.
Overall equivalent to domestic Samsung level.

King bed room. The room is much smaller than the Hilton City Center in the next few days. The facilities in public places are also lower. Fortunately, there are some business trips.

The Courtyard is in a great location right in the heart of Downtown. It's physically connected to the 3rd St Market which has lots of trendy fast dining options. Close by there are shops, bars, restaurants and the river. The excellent Third Ward area with all its food options and the Public Market is a few minutes walk. The room was modern with a great desk and TV set up, big armchair and a comfortable spacious bed. There were lots of plug sockets everywhere so it was easy to charge. I had a very comfy, restful stay in the heart of Milwaukee for a good price. I got the train from Milwaukee Intermodal station after my stay and that was just five mins walk away.

I recently traveled to Milwaukee for quick business trip. After a long day of travel and meetings, the room was clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing. At the end of night 2, I came back to a very clean room. Unfortunately, the housekeeping staff disposed of all of my receipts, making my expense reporting difficult. I called the front desk to see if they could help, and boy am I glad Dhmitriana answered. She went above and beyond, calling the restaurant I had dined at the night prior and was able to get a new copy of my receipt. She was even willing to dig through the garbage to look for them. I will be staying here on future business trips. If you see Dhmitriana at the front desk, just know you are in EXCELLENT hands.

TTravelTheSkyGreat experience ! Front desk staff was welcoming, room was very clean and interior was beautiful. Only stayed there one night for a concert but I would love to return to this hotel. One weird thing: the tv remotes might have been connected/interfering with other rooms? In the middle of the night it seemed as if someone else was controlling the volume and it was hard to adjust besides turning the TV off manually.
TTaylorMy husband and I travel to Milwaukee each year for his birthday. We chose this hotel for its location in proximity to our dinner reservation and the attractions we had planned. There were several negative reviews for this hotel regarding check in, cleanliness, and parking, I'd like to share my feedback to ensure travelers do not deter from staying at this hotel for those reasons. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by a friendly front desk staff and were able to check in promptly at 4pm. We were able to conveniently park in their side lot while we brought our belongings up to our room. The room was extremely spacious and had beautiful upgrades and convenient amenities such as a full kitchen. The high ceilings really made this room unique. Everything in the room was very clean. There is a parking garage directly across from the hotel which was easy to access and only cost $22.00 a night to park. When staying in downtown MKE it is to be expected that you will pay for parking, and knowing our car was in a covered garage was peace of mind. We choose to Uber to our destinations, so we didn't have to find parking multiple times, and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for our ride to arrive. My only disappointment was there was no happy hour. I was under the impression there was a cocktail hour offered, but it didn't take away from our stay, as there were several liquor stores within walking distance to grab a drink for the room while we got ready. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful with options, fresh, hot, and the egg bites were delicious. The last thing I will add which is huge for me, they have complimentary water, hot water for tea, and coffee in the lobby at all times. I hate forgetting to bring a water bottle for the middle of the night when staying at a hotel, so I loved this feature. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future! Don't let the negative reviews sway your decision. This was a beautiful, newly converted hotel that you should absolutely check out next time you are staying in the area.
GGuest UserMy boyfriend and I stayed here for summerfest and it was only 1 night but we still enjoyed ourselves in the establishment. I liked that they had a shuttle bus that took us to summerfest and picked us up from there after it was over. The only thing that annoyed us was that the fire detector had low battery so it would beep periodically and it’s a little loud since it’s in a little hotel room.
BBeachWilliamWe were most impressed by the service. The day host, Glenn L, was extremely gracious and helpful. The night host went out of her way to help with a bed comforter we needed. Room nicely appointed and modern.
We stayed here during Summerfest, June 28th, and it was a nice, sleep filled night. Our room was very nice and clean, few things looked aged but nothing at all, really. The breakfast was okay, there were things that we found tasty and filling. The pool and hot tub was a wonderful surprise. They do need to work on their exist side doors, it was raining when we got in at night and the side door does not work so we had to run for the front door. It was after 2a.m. so someone HAD to be at the front desk to let us in, it would have been miserable waiting for someone at the desk if they weren’t at their post. And real, they already had a card key at the front door, so I am not sure why they have to lock it besides. If a guest has the key, they get in, otherwise everyone else would be locked out, right? It was a great place to have a week-end away... I would go again. We left our raincoat in the room and Chris (the Manager) made arrangements to have it mailed to us. Good work.
Beautiful setting, comfortable room and the perfect location for walking to downtown Milwaukee and other interesting neighborhoods will taking in Doors Open Milwaukee with our son, who is a college student there. We appreciated the blend of historic opulence with modern amenities at an affordable price.
Llikesthebeachwe checked into Ambassador Inn at 12pm. A room wasn't ready but they said we could check our bags across st at Ambassador hotel and return later. so we did that. We returned about 5pm weary and cold after a long day to travel and walking. After 15 minutes of searching and phone calls, they said they were switching us across the st to the Ambassador Hotel, upgrading us and would comp us our first-night stay for our troubles. I do appreciate that kindness because the hotel is 10000 times nice than the inn! The lobby at the Inn is small and dark, the breakfast room is tiny and we had to go out for breakfast because the continental breakfast they supplied was so bad. The staff though were lovely. I find it hard to believe they are related at all to the hotel across the st. The only reason for the third circle was the staff and the upgrade
I was very disappointed with this hotel. We arrived late (11:30pm) on Thursday, August 15th and they put us in a room that I had not requested. The air didn't work and the outlets were questionable. I have a CPAP machine, so I need reliable power. We were so tired, we just went to bed. The next morning the heat was unbearable in the room. I went down and requested a different room and explained why. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and gave me a different room. She did say, ”I don't like our rooms”. Kind of shocking, but not. The new room was what I had requested in the first place and it was much better than the first room. Well, the fan in the bathroom didn't work so that was a problem as we had to crack the door for showers as to not overheat. Overall, the hotel is very dated. The carpet is dirty in the hallways and the rooms. The staff is not very friendly over all. In my opinion they should shut this hotel down and do a complete gut job. Get new, friendly. The coffee was terrible...yeah I know that's petty, but come on. I will never stay at this hotel again. Even with a discount as a Hilton Honors member, I would rather pay $200 more and go somewhere else.
GGuest UserI was a GM for a Country Inn & Suites so it’s in me to inspect whether I like it or not. This CIS was great! I of course saw a spot here or there that could use a touch up of paint or something but the property was clean across the board. The desk staff were welcoming, asked what I needed and delivered. I didn’t catch the housekeeper’s name on the third floor but her laugh was contagious and she was nice as she could be. I had my concerns about an airport property, but they delivered a great stay! Thanks!
GGuest UserThe whole experience was good except for the fact that it is under construction so the ice machine doesn't work the room was dirty when I got to it there was trash under the couch, it basically had to be cleaned so we had to clean it ourselves. And the restaurant that's attached to the hotel is a rip off but other than that it was decent.
