The room could of been cleaned better and better set

Can't wait to stay again

Gaming room was smaller than it appears in the picture but my kids still enjoyed it. The pool didnt seem the cleanest and the whirl pool didnt work. Besides that, staff was friendly and helpful and we liked our room

We stayed for 2 nights, the room was clean, bed was comfy, and the pool was clean. A little too much chlorine in the hot tub, but thats to be expected in a hotel. The employees were nice, and the breakfast was hot and good. Overall, it was a great getaway.

Whole building smelled of ****. Staff was drinking on the job. Front desk never answered the phone when you called. They DO NOT accommodate the disabled. Outrageous deposit fee for unsafe environments

Just ok, room was a little dirty and remote for tv was dead. Pool area was grimey and hot tub needed a good cleaning. Breakfast was also ok, dont think the OJ was actual juice.

Fire alarm was pulled on the first night and then Found a cockroach in bathroom right before we left

The property was dirty. The elevator rug needs to go in the trash that's how dirty it was. We had to change rooms when we got there because the toilet was broke and the pillow case had slob from someone else because we had just checked in. I would never recommend this location.

Was sent upstairs to a room that was in the middle of being renovated. Had to carry all my luggage back down from 3rd floor to get another room. When i asked if I could upgrade to a bigger room the guy at the desk said they dont have any other kinds of rooms but the website clearly said they do and were available. Was supposed to be a deposit of 100$ and they held 150$. The hotel has no signage on outside telling you that it's a quality inn. The housekeeping staff was amazing. The room was very clean and they were accomadating when i asked for help. The breakfast was decent and had a good size pool, hot tub, game room, and small adult bar.

I liked the fact that I called before hand and asked if they could hold our room due to the fact that we were coming into Milwaukee in the early morning hours and they did. I also, liked the great location of the property. Just a thought. It would be nice if they extended the breakfast ending time, but they had a good selection.

It was what you expect for a cheap hotel. Very dingy room. The bathroom didnt have a light in the shower at all and the light in my vanity was burnt out. The beds arent very comfortable and a lot of the hotel smelled like **** or cigarettes despite being no smoking. The pool caused like a weird chemical burn on me and my family idk if the wrong chemicals or to much we all noticed a burning on our faces after being in the pool for about 5 minutes. They also lie when you book and aay the deposit is 100 but its actually 150. Wasnt a big deal to me but might be for others. Over all not the worst ive been to but surely wouldnt recommend or stay again.

Booked the hotel four hours in advance with a check-in scheduled for 3:00 pm. Faced an unexpected issue and decided to cancel around 2:00 pm. Unfortunately, the hotel lacks a refund policy, requiring a 48-hour notice for cancellations. It's worth noting that I booked the hotel on the same day at 11:00 am. This experience was very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend staying at a hotel that doesn't prioritize customer satisfaction.

I booked it Thursday morning by Thursday at 3 my flight was cancled due to bad weather I tried for 3 hrs to get ahold of someone finally I did and they said they being a Friday they were to busy to answer “Thurs” and that I have to cancel within 24 hrs it had only been 8 sense I booked but they couldn’t do anything because the manager wasn’t around .. not happy
