Staff was friendly, location is great and hotels very clean with a more modern design

Everything was wonderful! Parking is valet on for $40. Everything we needed was in walking distance. Staff was very nice.

For the most part, the hotel was nice. The lady working the front desk was very helpful as well as the valet. The location was 2 blocks from Fiserv Forum which was very convenient since we had tickets to the game. The room was mostly clean. There was some hair leftover on the floor from someone else. There was also no handle on the inside of the bathroom door making it difficult for my kids to close it since it was a heavy door. The complimentary breakfast was not great. There was barely anything left when we got downstairs and they were unable to keep up with the number of people eating. The tables were mostly 2 tops which wasn’t ideal for me and my 2 boys to be able to sit together.

Service was great valet was great. Loved the staff and Vince was super nice The staff would always go out of their way to make a conversation and be nice . The hotel room was also very cosy with five people all of us fit in their nice. Their snack bar was cool to

What a delightful staff! Every single person that worked there was so welcoming and kind. The location of the hotel is great! Breakfast was very good and the hotel was clean. If you are wondering where to park (the parking garage (public) across the street or the valet at the hotel - pick valet. The few $ more is completely worth it! The valet drivers were all great, and clearly Vince is an icon! Where I think improvement could be made was that my room had a strange musty smell to it. I changed the temp in the room and that didn’t change the smell. So idk what was going on. Lastly, I was there for 5 nights and my room was never touched for those 5 nights/6 days. Now, on day 5 I wasn’t feeling well so I had the do not disturb sign out. But I would have thought they would have been there by then. So, I was disappointed with that. That said, I would stay there again! Thank you SpringHill Suite staff!

Best part is the awesome staff, case in point, Vincent who helped me with my trip to the airport today this morning. Front desk staff helped me with finding something to eat when I arrived early AM. They all went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant.

Perfect location for seeing a Bucks game! Great complimentary breakfast on our first morning, second morning (the day after the Bucks game) there was nothing but apples & oranges left at 8:20. Coffee was out, juice machine was out, fridge was empty. Luckily there is a Starbucks and a Dunkin' a few minutes walk away
