體驗極差，槽點太多，晚上沒熱水，電吹風也是壞的，毛巾有黴味，一次牙膏竟然是漏的，房間的座機就是一擺設，根本用不了，還得用自己手機給前台打電話。前台服務也是冷冰冰的，維修工人晚上就下班回家了，解決不了任何問題，請問把我們這些客人撂一邊，大冷天洗冷水澡真的合適嗎？

房間裏面很臭，廁所裏面還有煙頭，洗漱台後麪還有用過的洗臉巾，馬桶還帶音樂的，要不是帶着孩子又太晚了，我肯定就換酒店了

服務很差，管理混亂的酒店。到店前台沒人，等了20多分鐘還沒人，打預訂電話，結果櫃枱電話響，無奈聯繫了攜程客服，一會來了位服務員，給了513房，進房後沒網，到1樓詢問什麼情況，讓連809房（圖1），床頭也無三孔插座，電話充不了電，（圖3）又去詢問，攜程客服找了酒店經理，來了位男同志，態度極其惡劣，讓連信號好的房間，這間是沒有的，我提出換房。換了710，結果頂燈壞的（圖2），窗户紗窗也是壞的（圖4），又來了一男一女，説這麼好的房間你還有什麼不滿意，試問連基本設施都不完備，這樣的標準叫好房間嗎？自始至終攜程客服一直在協調，表示感謝！
