帰省する度にここを利用しています。
市内の中心部にあり、駐車場完備、また肥薩オレンジ鉄道の水俣駅も徒歩圏内なので
不自由することはありません（鉄道の本数が少ないのは玉に瑕ですが）。
徒歩3分圏内に生協くまもと”水光社（Food Market）”、コンビニエンスストア、また
道路沿いには居酒屋や目の前に深夜食堂”酔仙食堂”もあるので、食事にも困ることは
ありません。
ホテルの部屋は土足と室内が分離されており、空気清浄機も24時間稼働しているので
清潔です。部屋からユニットバスの段差が若干気になる程度。
朝食も6:30から準備されているので、朝早く出発するときも助かります。
品数は限定されていますが、魚・肉・野菜・副菜などバランスよく準備されてるので、
健康にもよいと思います。
水俣・葦北地区に旅行・出張する際は、こちら一択ではないかと思います。

I was immediately asked to change my room, but the air conditioner was smelly...

In the end, I couldn't stand the smell of the air conditioner, so I asked the staff to change my room again, and moved me to a larger room, but the air conditioner still smelled bad.
In this humid climate, you probably don't clean your air conditioner regularly.

急な予約であったにも関わらず、3室同じ階で準備していただき、フロントでの対応も丁寧でありがたかったです。
施設も綺麗ですし、朝ごはんのお味噌汁がとても美味しかったです。
