The room was spacious and comfortable, the dinner and breakfast were delicious, the hotel staff was kind and friendly, and the open air was very comfortable (the maintenance products were also very complete). There are also welcome refreshments and experience activities in the hotel. Among them, the hanging experience recommends everyone to try it out. There are three colors to choose from, and there are small prop paper umbrellas. The staff will assist in wearing and taking pictures. Five different line fragrances are also available in the room, so that everyone can experience the elegance of Japanese-style fragrances. Have the opportunity to visit again!

Room is so nice. 5 min walk to the airport for the flight check in, so convenient for those taking morning flight out of nagoya. Breakfast is nice, good variety. I will be back to this hotel if I come to nagoya again.

I stayed at the hotel for one night due to a late arrival. It is conveniently located near the airport, within a walking distance of approximately 10-15 minutes. Since it was late, most of the restaurants were closed. However, if you get hungry, there are 2-3 Family Mart stores in the nearby buildings. The breakfast provided was good, and the complimentary drinks offered in the lobby were a nice bonus. The room itself is quite old, but it was sufficient for a few hours of sleep. Most of the shops and restaurants in the airport open at 10 am, so if you want to explore before heading to the city, you can check out at that time.

Close to the airport with small free parking on site so works well the night before an early morning flight if you need to return a car hire. A few restaurants within walking distance. Did not try facilities. Breakfast was quite average for western taste but that tends to be the case in Japan. Nothing fancy but comfortable and does the job well.

I used it when I walked ”town” in Tokoname. It is about a 3-minute walk from ”Meitetsu Tokoname Station” and there is also a free flat parking lot, so it is convenient to go by train or by car (I went by car). The main building I stayed in seems to have opened in 2004 (the annex is 2019), so it's not that new, but it was cleaned properly and there was no shortage of facilities and equipment. I felt a little old in the form of shower toilet (because it is Tokoname, naturally shower toilet instead of washlet). Since it is a route inn, the buffet breakfast was free and there were many types of Japanese and Western menus, so I was satisfied. I didn't use it, but there was also a large communal bath of radium artificial hot springs. There were restaurants in the area between Tokoname Station and Tokoname Boat Racecourse, and there were several convenience stores within walking distance.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, but the room was clean and well equipped. I wish the breakfast buffet was a little tastier, but otherwise it was great. The staff were also very friendly. I would like to stay here again next time.

This time, the room did not grade up and made it the lowest price, so it was about 22 ㎡ non-smoking western room. 11,000 yen / person (also, 150 yen / person for hot water tax). The quality of the hot spring is ”NaH2O” (alkaline neutral low tension low salt spring), which is a hot spring from ”Ikeda-Yuge Onsen” in Ikeda-cho, Gifu Prefecture. The first is that there are few luggage places. I am glad that it is prepared because it is good for a folding baggage rack. The second is the dust on the floor of the room. There were few outlets and the extension code was prepared on the floor, but there was a lot of dust, so I was careful to clean it with a wet tissue. The third is the place to take off the shoes at the entrance of the hot spring. It was difficult to understand the boundary with the place where it became barefoot, and I was confused about the position to take off the slippers. There is also a day trip bath, so if you put slippers or shoes in the geta box, you have to walk barefoot in the same place. I want you to improve from the hygiene side.

Let me start by saying that the staff, particularly in the restaurant, had good English and we had no problems communicating generally, which I know has been mentioned in other reviews. We stayed in an Ocean Suite room for our engagement weekend, the view was amazing! Watching the sun rise over the sea was beautiful and the panorama of the islands and sea was so peaceful. The room was plush and the furniture felt relatively new. The bathrobes and pyjamas provided by the hotel during our stay were very comfortable, though something of a shame to not be able to go from room to onsen without outdoor clothes (other robes are provided at the onsen). I and my partner both have various food allergies or intolerances but the hotel has an exceptionally good way of managing allergies by asking you to submit a form beforehand. As a result of this, we were both able to have full, proper meals with no issues. For the breakfast buffet, we were given a sheet, in English, of all the dishes on service and all allergens. The food was excellent and the wine list was the best I have seen anywhere in Japan. There are regular shuttles from the hotel to station, and the reverse. However, these stop after a certain hour and the hotel is not easily walkable from the station. I am still not really sure how this would normally be done, I assume the hotel will pick you up if asked but we were not sure how to arrange (and originally thought from the map that it would be walkable). Honestly, I am looking forward to going back there - hopefully for an anniversary!
