Hot spring inn in fukiage Onsen. There is a bath called Shinyu Onsen, and you can take a bath from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. The locals are usually bathing from morning to late at night. A good hot spring with sulfur spring. The room and facilities feel like a private inn. There was a toilet in the room I stayed in. Wifi can be caught in the room. It was good to have a reasonable price and the customer service of the inn was warm.

I didn't know where to park to use the parking lot, so I was sloppy in front of the front desk for a guide, but the front lady did not try to speak. I had to get a parking ticket certification to use the parking lot for free, but there was no guide at all. In the instruction manual on how to turn on the refrigerator, I called the front desk without knowing what to do with the writing method as if there was a button to turn on. There was no display of number 9 to the front desk, so I opened the drawer and looked for the guide document and finally found it. The shower toilet was not available for more than 10 minutes while preparing and was not used. Basically, the staff will answer the question, but it is the information necessary for the guest, and even if it will be a problem if it is not guided, the staff will take the stance that it will not guide if it is not asked. I felt that it was a hotel. The poorness of the shower toilet that cannot be used even if you wait for 10 minutes is out of the question. Next time, maybe choose another hotel.

I had a family use a room (Japanese style room) with tatami mats for two nights. It was a pity that the child was as small as 9 months, and the high-high and the grip were popular, and the hotel with only ordinary beds could not move around, and when I went to bed, I was afraid of falling unless I was a futon, so I was looking for a room with tatami mats. I found Mr. Icott around that time. I had all the furniture and home appliances, so I felt very relaxed as if I was at home. It was very nice that the children could move around. Nicely located on the outskirt of Makurazaki, plenty of parking right next to the entrance, there is also restaurants and convenience store within walking distance. Room is typical Japanese style with balcony overlooking the sea. There is Onsen in the hotel which is added bonus, very relax experience at the end of the day. The gentleman at the front desk who check us in offer great service with details explanation to the room and facility, he also assist to book our dinner restaurent. Great stay overall, well done
