天飛の部屋に夫婦で宿泊しました。 旅行が好きで、口コミの良い旅館・ホテル・コテージ等を年に何度も訪れますが、竹ふえさんは群を抜いて最高の旅館です。 ここまで非の打ち所がないおもてなしを受けたことが無いと言える程です。 結婚30周年の記念旅行に、竹ふえさんを選んで本当に良かったです。 旅行好きの私ですが、緊張で外食ができないという欠点があるのですが、お部屋担当の富田さんのお陰で、緊張もなく美味しく食事ができました。 こんな事は初めてで、不安症の私にとっては凄い事なのです。 また、お庭で生演奏を聴きながらのデザートの時間も非現実で最高でした。 パティシエさんおクオリティの高さも、スイーツ好きの私には感動でした。 必ず、何年か先には娘2人も連れ、再度宿泊するとお約束をし、スタッフさん皆で手を振ってくれる旅館を後にしました。 翌日も贅沢なホテルに宿泊したのですが、竹ふえさんがあまりにも素晴らしかったので、竹ふえさんにゆっくりと連泊すれば良かったです。 色々な想いを抱え、行くかどうか･･･迷いに迷った記念旅行でしたが、思い切って行って良かったです。 日々のストレスから解放されました。 必ず再度訪れるので、その時にも最高の思い出を作らせて下さい！ 追伸、私は熊本生まれで現在横浜に住んでいます。 毎年熊本に帰りますが、こんな素敵な旅館が生まれ故郷にあるの を誇らしく思いました。（勝手な思いですみません）

入り口からとても良い雰囲気で、スタッフの皆さんの気遣いも凄く丁寧で、温泉も貸切風呂なので、友人と気楽にお酒を飲みながら竹を眺めてとても良い温泉でした。夜ご飯も豪華でとても美味しいかったです！とても良い旅行になりました！ありがとうございました！

こんなに最初から最後まで素敵な旅館は初めてでした！ 素敵なスタッフさん、綺麗なお部屋、豪華な食事どれをとっても満点でした。 リニューアルしたという事で足湯が広くなり、お部屋には内風呂と外風呂が付いており、石垣もとても素晴らしかった。 部屋によってタイプが違うのでまた絶対に宿泊したいと思います！

何度か利用させていただいてますが、今回は久しぶりに伺いました。お部屋が一部リニューアルしており、お部屋に足湯がついてました。この足湯がリラックス出来て、とても良かったです。 お食事も、こちらのお米がとても美味しいので、毎回おかわりをしてしまいます、、。もちろんその他のお料理も絶品。 デザートバイキングがあり、いろんな種類のデザートを選べるのはとても良かったです。 温泉も何時間でも入ってられます、、。 あっという間の一泊2日でしたが、とても満足出来ました。また伺いたいと思います。
