The hotel is located at the centre of 黑川溫泉區, which is quite rural so highly recommended to go by car. The service is excellent! The staff helped us to park the car and take the luggages up the stairs to our Japanese style family room. We have ordered full board package and both meals are gorgeous. There are many onsens in the hotel which are non-reserved and private, allowing family to enjoy onsen together. One drawback is that there are many stairs so elderly might have to take it into consideration.

Beautiful place, excellent hotspring and great services..

This is my first time booking a hot spring hotel. Room: It is very clean and Well-equipped. They also provided cute Wafuku (traditional Japanese clothing) for us to take photos. Annex Japanese and western style room has its own open-air hot spring. Service: The staffs are very nice to us, and provide a fluent check in. Facilities: They have sufficient parking lots (no charges) for self-driving customers. Also, they have several family spa, which having different features. Make sure you have enough time to try all of them. P.S. All the family spa have door lock, therefore, you and your partner can enjoy an exclusive spa moment. FYI: Highly recommended to book a room with dinner(Photo 1) and breakfast (Photo 2). The sets are very delicious and fancy. It is the best hotel experience in Japan ever!

the room is clean and with private garden and onsen bathroom, so beautiful. the staff are nice anf help. when tell them when to leave and take the bus, they will drive you to bus stop (although it is not far from hotel). however, i sent an email to the email address provided by trip.com but they seems not receive so no areangement to pick up us. however, everything is good to stay here.

Environment: Showa era 60-year-old inn with great taste Location: 700 meters away from Kurokawa Onsen Bus Station, 10 minutes away. There is a shuttle bus for the return trip. The service was excellent Facilities: There are many family baths👍🏾 Food is just mediocre

Right in the center of the street, it is very convenient to get in and out. There are private rooms for breakfast and dinner where you can sit on a chair and eat, which is very relaxing. There is a soft girl among the waiters who speaks Mandarin very well, and the other waiters are also very kind. There are many private soups. I chose three. I like the one on the third floor of the courtyard where you can see the bamboo forest. The farewell letter was so sincere. The content came from a brief exchange in two days. Everyone wrote it differently! I stayed for two nights. On the first day, there were spurs and grilled wagyu beef. On the second day, there were fish sashimi and shabu-shabu wagyu beef. They were all delicious. We loved the dinner on the second day more. The hotel will pick you up at the station. After deducting the fee, they contacted me through Ctrip Butler. After the ticket back to Hakata arrived at the store, they helped me book a seat and sent us to the station when we left. In short, it was very relaxing. I will stay for two more days in autumn.

There are good and bad points. The service is super good. I like it very much. In terms of food, the dinner is rich and the breakfast is acceptable. There is a big problem. Because the room does not have a bathroom, you need to find a public bath to take a bath. However, there is no bathhouse in the open-air hot spring. You need to go to the annex to walk to the rooftop, and then go to the private room to find a showerhead to use.

The hotel has just been renovated, so it is very clean. The waiters are courteous and explain clearly. The food is of very good quality. The overall experience is pleasant and the price is right.
