Absolutely not recommend to stay. The room and toilet have weird smell. Wallpaper all broken and ripped out with no maintenance. The place have WiFi but never able could connect! The staff not willing to help anything

全て見た目に全振りしたホテルっていうかな。雪の中に佇むホテルはとてもきれいで、内装もどこもかしこもかわいくて、建てるのにこだわっったんだなーと感心してしまうホテル・・。 だけど！だけどね、部屋はボロいのよ。シミ付きカーペットにカビてはがれた壁紙。天井にもシミ、カビ。暖房（しかない）の壁にもシミ 汚れ。それでも清掃してあればと思いきや床のあちこちに埃や糸くず、木の屑が・・。 私達はロマンティックなんてほど遠いただの呑んだくれ夫婦だから気にしないが、これが初々しいカップルだったと考えたら萎えるわー。 夕食も当日７時からの予約受付だったけど、人気のレストランは７：１５時点で１８時台予約は全滅。（しかも日曜日宿泊だから土曜だったら恐怖） さらにランクアップビュッフェで1000円割り増しでもと思い予約したらまさかの「本日は割り増しなしの他のレストランと同内容です」って、そしたら予約意味ないやん。 品数少ないし。目当てのメインはないし。 スキー場ホテルに期待した私が素人だったわ。（でもNASPAとかは良かったのよ） ホテルに苦情言おうか迷った件はもう一つ！スキー場出入り口前に喫煙所があって風除室がたばこ臭い！！ゲレンデから登ってきて息絶え絶えで中に入ったらたばこ臭いとか最悪。 喫煙所作るなら空気の流れ考えて作ってよ・・・。

スキーで行きました 上越国際自体は若いころ何度も行きこのホテルの存在自体は知っていました そのころから変わってないので古くなってるかなと思いましたが、それほどではなかったです。 なによりゲレンデ目の前というのが最高です。 トップシーズンなので混んでるのも覚悟のうえです チェックイン時の説明が簡単だという意見がありますが、むしろ簡潔に説明してもらってリフト券を受け取りすぐにゲレンデに行けた方がありがたいです 大抵のことはホームページに出ているので読めばわかります

However, the map inside the building was difficult to understand and I got lost finding my way to the coin laundry. Additionally, you need to be careful as the floors change as you cross the hall. It was nice to be able to choose our own dining venue. They also held a Korean fair, and I felt like there were a lot of menu items that kids would enjoy, such as a kids corner and local cuisine. The evening fair was packed and fun, but perhaps due to the time of year, there weren't many staff members, so there was a bit of a wait. It was more comfortable than I expected, and most of all, my child really liked the hotel, so we're considering staying there again next year.
