Unforgettable Hospitality at Fairfield by Marriott Kyoto Minamiyamashiro Our recent stay at Fairfield by Marriott Kyoto Minamiyamashiro turned into an unforgettable experience—not just because of the beautiful surroundings, but because of the incredible kindness and support shown to us during a very stressful time. Late at night, our car broke down and we found ourselves stranded at a nearby station. My wife was in pain and unable to walk the distance back to the hotel. What could have been a traumatic experience was transformed into one of care and compassion, all thanks to the amazing hotel staff. I would like to extend special thanks to: • Wagasuki, who thoughtfully prepared a wheelchair and personally helped us to our room with great care and attentiveness. • Tenaka, who went far beyond expectations by picking us up from the station in his personal vehicle, showing incredible generosity and selflessness. • Amal, who assisted us the next morning with the wheelchair, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. • Yoshida, who kindly helped us secure a taxi for our return trip, making our departure smooth and worry-free. The entire team exemplified true hospitality, and their empathy and dedication left a deep impression on us. We are sincerely grateful for their support and will always remember their kindness. Clean and new! Good service

The hotel was very clean and spacious. Price was good too. Only downside is you really need a car to access this place. Other than that i was very satisfied with my stay.
