The service in hotel is very low quality especially guys who are sitting at the reception. When we arrived the hotel, our bags were delivered to room by hotel guy's assistant. But when we left the hotel, nobody assisted us to deliver our bags from the room to car. While I was asking the reason, I have been informed that assisting to guests in any case depends on our mood. The reception guy was very rude and self-satisfied. I informed him about the review in TripAdvisor due to his undesirable performance, he replied to me you can write or put any comments in anywhere where you want. I regret to stay such kind of hotel. For future, I never stay in that hotel.

Xüsusi təşəkkürlərim Reseption işçisi ~ Qurbana (otağımızı daha yaxşısı ilə təmənnasız dəyişdi , gülərüz , mehriban və hər zaman köməklik etməyə hazır). Çox sağ ol. Bütün xidmət personalına, Xüsusilə Səbuhi bəyə yüksək səviyyəli servisi üçün təşəkkürlər. Bütün Housekeeping işçilərinə, adlarını təəssüf ki bilmədim. Hər birinə təşəkkür edirəm.
