Minneapolis Marriott Southwest

Jane who checked us in at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Eric, the shuttle driver, took us to and picked us up from dinner. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and provided us with several great recommendations. Our suite was well-appointed and clean and the soaking tub and walk-in shower were a big plus and the promised view did not disappoint. We were happy to have a quiet floor and end room. I booked this room to also have the club access and enjoyed the spacious and quiet club with snacks.

We were there Friday and Saturday nights for a wedding. The rooms are nice and clean. Very comfy. We enjoyed talking to Al, the bartender at the bar. And the tasting in the bar on Friday was fun too. The pool area is nice and good workout room. Nice outdoor spaces with a koi pond. Saturday as we were going to head to the wedding my sandal broke. I went to the front desk to ask if they had a stapler strong enough to hold it. Shirlene Twiss was at the desk and asked what size shoes I wear as she has several pairs there. How nice was that!?! She took my sandal and within a very short time brought it back repaired! It lasted me the whole night and I really appreciated her efforts! Now that is great customer service! We attended the breakfast buffet on Saturday morning which was very good too with lots of choices. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely come back and stay here again!

I am a team member of Marriott, I work as front desk in St. Cloud MN. I came on the explore rate with my sister for my Birthday!! We had a WONDERFUL time, from beginning to end. I personally know ALL the working parts to have an excellent stay from start to finish so I PERSONALLY KNOW they did a FANTASTIC job!! Front desk Hamsa made us feel welcome and important even though he was busy. He created a fun atmosphere and made sure we loved the room he picked for us. Lisa the Barista at breakfast was awesome and positive and helpful in the morning, she made it feel like home. The overnight gentleman, I believe it was Sam was extra polite. Everything was TOP NOTCH!! From the beautiful modern decor in the lobby, the clean facility. The room was very nice as well. We LOVED the outdoor pond and fountain and mini waterfall AND fireplace what wow!! there are even little fish in the pond!! Plus a pool hottub and sauna! and that service!! We will be back ASAP. My sister said today she still wishes we were there. It was relaxing and fun. Thank you Sirlene Twiss for what you do, it shows!! Thanks for making my Birthday EPIC!!

Great Place!

Incredibly noisy!! The heat/air sounded like someone put a brick in a dryer and let it cycle.

I'd stay again!
