I always like staying here. The front desk was very welcoming and the location and price are desireable.

Property is in need of updates. Property especially our room was poorly cleaned we had to wonder if our room was even cleaned. The pool was shutdown the second day of our stay until time of check out. Which was upsetting since we took the kids there for the purpose of swimming. Breakfast was minimal effort and front desk was pleasant but not helpful if you were lucky enough to find them.

Rooms were clean, though updates in carpet throughout are needed. Sauna did not work. Needed toilet paper and klennex on the first day. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good with many options. Pool and hot tub were nice!

Needs elevator for second floor

This was my second stay at this hotel. Just like my first experience, my second experience was great. Highly recommend.

The hotel was clean for the most part. It needed a few minor cosmetic repairs. The bathroom had ants. There was not a comfortor on the bed but staff was friendly and quickly gave us one. We struggled with the heater between too hot or cold air. Breakfast was really good. Check out staff was not helpful as our car would not start and we asked for help and he simply said he couldnt help us.

Do yourself a favor and just don't stay here. For this price point, your money is better spent elsewhere. I don't ever write reviews but feel compelled to because the such bad shape my room was in. The rooms are very outdated and not clean. My personal room heater (which was filled with dust) didn't work even while on the highest heat setting. I ended up sleeping in my long coat. The alarm clock and office area lamp also didn't work. The corners of the room and carpet had visible pileup dust in each of them. I'm staying at an AmericInn tonight in Ontonagon, MI again for work and 100% would choose to stay at this location over the one in Minocqua.

Our stay was short but without any problems. The facility was clean and desk staff helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and well stocked with towels. The Inn is very accessible to all major highways and to restaurants and shops. We would stay there again

Several electrical outlets didn’t work. Sink area was like being in a phone booth. Shower was terrible couldn’t control the shower head, no flat surface to put soap or shampoo on. Not a pleasant experience.
