The place didn’t look like the photos online. The carpet was dirty, there was holes in the wall, curtains were torn, we had to ask for towels and for the linens to changed. Service was poor also, no employee spoke when you passed by. I felt forced to stay there because they received their money when it was booked and I couldn’t cancel it.

Not sure where they got the pics but it looks nothing like it. My room had two tvs with one remote. Idk how that’s supposed to work. I called the front desk and she said the maintenance guy would be right up to fix it. He never showed up. They say they are under construction so maybe it will be better. You can look pretty but unless you have good staff to run it, it doesn’t really matter. How is this a 3 star hotel? I’ve stayed in nicer 2 stars. Don’t waste your money here. There is way better hotels in Minot.

overall though this hotel was under construction I thought it was just fine ,nice room . Clean and comfortable , quiet and friendly people working there

No where did it say the entire motel was under construction/renovation. The pool and Jacuzzi ( the reason I choose this motel) was completely disassembled. Piles of garbage bags in the hall. The front desk person didn't ask for any information signatures anything, just gave me my keys and was done, didn't even tell me where The room was. No wifi. It was just I'd say, not at all ready for guests

This property is under renovation. No breakfast or other dining available. Bed springs were hard to sleep on, pillows were lumpy, towels were thin, shower curtain was torn, shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. Don’t stay here till they finish renovation.

The room itself was clean but dated. At no point during my reservation or when I called to asked a question was I informed that the pool and hot tub were down for maintenance.

A lot of the hotel is under renovation, which it needs. It was very quiet all night, no complaints.

The property stunk of old mold, no pool, room TV didn't work, the refrigerator didn't work, and half the plug ins didn't work. Had to check out 2 days early because it was so bad. Awful!!!!!
