Highly recommend this property. It was quiet, conveniently located, and affordable. Breakfast options were reasonable. Overall clean property. There was an issue with our key cards not working when we checked in. The front desk attendant resolved it by giving us a new room. Would definitely stay here again.

Mostly Nice. Jacuzzi is falling apart. Jets shooting water everywhere. Clearly needs fixing.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had service once and that was only because we found housekeeping and asked for it on day 4. We needed to call the front desk for clean towels and they didn't arrive until the next day after we talked to housekeeping. We had to empty the garbage ourselves and put it in the hall, where it sat until the next morning. The table in the hall by the elevators had so much dust you could write your name and the floors in the breakfast area were a sticky mess which carried back up to your room on your shoes so the floors there were sticky too. We listened to the front desk and housekeeping staff complain about being stressed because they had to check people in and people were leaving garbage in the hall (we were not the only ones to do this) but they still found time to go outside and smoke or sit on their phones. Breakfast was okay but offered the same thing every day. They only had 2 flavors of yogurt, strawberry and strawberry banana and zero fruit. The place could use a good deep clean and staff that understood customer service. Would not stay here again.

Room was not ready when we arrived at 5:30pm. Front desk agent was rude and not cooperative. Did not let us know we had to request our room be cleaned.. we asked for him to have extra towels and such for us when you returned after being gone for the evening and that was not done.

Spent two nights. No one came to clean the room after the first night. Also had nothing but trouble with accessing our room. Back and forth between front desk and room. About a dozen times. Never did work correctly.

We were disappointed that we booked an accessible room, and it showed online that we would have a walk in shower. When we got to the room. Discovered it had a bath tub. We asked to be moved but then would have had to go down in bed size, so decided to try to work around having a bathtub to keep the larger bed. The free breakfast helped, actual real bacon, sausage and eggs were amazing, as well as the cappuccino machine was excellent. Manager Samantha did try to help us with the few small complaints we had with the bathtub/shower mix up as well as a few small issues with room. Overall a decent hotel and would return.

Really loved this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The only problem was the air conditioner, it was really noisy and did not really cool the room.

Very friendly staff; rooms were clean and updated; hot breakfast was good-would have liked a fruit bowl selection, though. We'll be back when visiting our son and his family-in the Air Force.
