The first time I went to Belarus, I booked this hotel. The location of the hotel is very good. It is in the city center, very close to the famous Red Ribbon Shopping Center. It is very convenient for shopping. The indoor environment of the hotel is good, and the view is very good. You can see Lagoon of tears, a swimming pool and fitness club are very good, and the breakfast is rich. The disadvantage is: there is no anti-lock device on the door, which gives people a sense of insecurity. Because some minor incidents happened, a few men on the same floor watched them. They knocked on the door at night, called to harass them, and suffered a little fright. Later, I asked to change the room. The room I changed was a bit cold, and the facilities in the room were a bit outdated. The overall experience was not bad!

We arrived at the hotel three, one of us is a 4-year-old child. They paid an extra bed for the child (approximately $25) per night The child sleeps on the bed chair, which is already standing in the room, for him brought a package with the bed and simply thrown on the main bed. We did not find an additional pillow (the child is not worthy). When clarified on this question at the reception it turned out that of four small pillows on the main bed one refers to the chair) It turns out that we paid ~50 $ for two nights for the sheet and the sub-coat. And this we did not go for breakfast (which is included in the cost) And the bathroom: The tile is not washed and the pleasure flowers and is happy with life, feels fine.

The first time we were so impressed by the hotel. The hotel is gigantic. Breakfast is delicious, large selection. Very nice staff works in the restaurant. The bed in the room is wonderful. I usually don’t sleep well when I travel, but we slept like the dead. Very very clean and everything was thought out, right down to the toothbrushes and toothpaste. The spa area is also very clean, bright and warm. We will definitely come back!🤍
