For a business trip, overall it was pretty good. I felt okay on the first night. There is a ballpark nearby. It's nice to be relatively quiet. The lack of breakfast was a drawback. Will consider staying again next time.

standard hotel rooms are classic hotel style, staff helpful but a bit busy in the evening. sound insulation is bad hotel in the center of minsk , eating and drinking is easy and nice I would recommend.

I have never seen a worse five. Even the Egyptian ones are much better. Absolutely not working wi-fi at a speed of 5 Mbit/sec. The rooms are 20 years old with shabby furniture and a table on which beer was apparently opened, a remote control taped over. The TV is completely from the 90s - you can’t see or hear anything, and there are only 5 channels. The spa area will work, but it says on the hammam that it is not included in the visit. Some kind of misers. We haven’t made it to breakfast yet, but it’s already scary.

03/04/2023 visited the SPA and a local bar. Excellent relaxing massage, nice aqua zone. Excellent cuisine at a reasonable price. Excellent combination of price and quality. We received a lot of pleasant impressions. We recommend and will definitely come back again.

Disappointed with the service. Doesn't even deserve 3 stars. Stayed for 3 nights. The room was cleaned only once. Either management does not monitor the employees, or they skimp on cleanliness. The trash was not taken out of the room, the beds were not remade, and the towels thrown on the floor were not changed.

The hotel does not correspond to the 5* category, it is approximately 3* at the cost of 5*. It smells like wet rags, unkempt corridors, a hairdryer from the last century that stinks, sucks and tangles hair, washed towels, worn out foot mats. On 10/29 at 6:40 the fire alarm sounded (3 times, as expected), I and several people from my floor went out through the emergency exit. No one met us on the street (according to evacuation rules), and we headed to the reception. There they looked at us like we were fools and talked the same way. The hotel staff did not know how to behave or how to explain the fire alarm error. No one apologized for the inconvenience caused. When I asked to call the hotel manager, I was told 3 times that the manager was not there yet \ today would not be his day off \ I couldn’t call him. But I insisted, and a manager (of Turkish origin) appeared at the hotel, who was not aware of the situation. Since in the end I was the only one who got a meeting with the hotel management, only I received a compliment from the hotel (wine and fruit), but other people who also evacuated did not. The two of us stayed at Crowne Plaza for three nights, just right in the center of the city, and the hotel is very well designed. English speaking staff checked us in quickly and gave us a nice spacious room. Clean bathrooms, and more than ten bathrooms have toiletries. The restaurant is on the sixth floor, with rich breakfast and detailed menu. We asked for a discount and they gave us 25% off. There is a nice indoor pool with a whirlpool. The spa needs to be booked in advance so we couldn't do it. Although I think they should leave some spots to give priority to guests staying here. Tea and coffee are good, housekeeping service is good and all staff are quick to help you with your questions and very polite. There are many good restaurants outside the hotel on the right side of the street where you turn right and then right again.

Забронировала отель еще 2 недели назад до отъезда , с пожеланием выбора некурящего номера , т.к я и моя подруга не курим и терпеть не можем запах сигарет . Приехали в Минск 15 июля , пешком дошли до отеля . Были безумно уставшими , т.к дорога из Москвы составила 7 часов и единственное , что хотелось - это сходить в душ и отдохнуть . Наше заселение должно было быть в 14.00 . Мы пришли в отель в 14.30 . На ресепшен нас встретила администратор Татьяна , с каменным лицом , взяла оплату за бронь и сказала подождать 10 мин . Пока мы сидели и ждали , она не предложила ни воды , ни чая . Через 10 мин она нам говорит , что комната готова , НО … !!! Она на курящем этаже :) . Естественно мы отказались и даже не стали смотреть номер , т.к я при бронировании еще тогда написала им - только номер для некурящих ! На что администратор Татьяна недовольным лицом сказала :« что у нее нет другого номера и что вы хотите вообще ?» В итоге она предложила подождать еще 40 мин , пока приберут комнату на некурящем этаже … Мы были в таком шоке от их отношения и полной не профессиональности . Вначале они взяли с нас деньги и только потом поставили перед фактом ! От злости мы попросили старшего менеджера . Пришел турок , неплохо говорящий на русском языке , я объяснила всю ситуацию . И что вы думаете он нам ответил ? « И что вы хотите ? Предлагайте …»Я обомлела от его ответа . Что простите ? Мы , ваши гости ,сами должны урегулировать ситуацию ? Я и моя подруга , посмотрев друг на друга просто офигели от происходящего в 5* отеле … В итоге , я попросила 20% скидку на массаж и нас усадили в кафе , угостили капучино и чизкейком , пока ждали свой номер на некурящем этаже . А самое интересное, что никто из персонала ( ни администратор , ни главный менеджер ) не извинился ни разу ! Посидев 45 мин в кафе , нас так и никто не уведомил , что номер готов и можно заселяться . Мы сами подошли на ресепшен , и спросили готова ли наша комната ? Наконец-то , после 1,5 часа ожидания и стресса , нам дали ключи на заселение . В моей жизни бывали разные ситуации в отелях , но такого не профессионализма я не видела нигде !!!!
