One of the worst hotel I have ever e been in Minsk. Service it was so bad, only one employee available for us after 19,30 P.M, and he couldn’t leave the reception to take towels and shampoo that we didn’t have because they forgot to put them. Looks like 3 stars hotel service, no more!

Good hotel. Our room was large, two rooms with two bathrooms. The furniture and appliances are old. There are robes. They cleaned up poorly, almost didn't clean up. The beds were not made. It was a little upsetting. Very expensive for such a service. Breakfast is good, expensive 30 rubles. The staff is not friendly.

Everything is okay, you can check in early in the morning. The procedure is quick and easy. There is a bathtub with hot water. The interior is clean and tidy. Conveniently located. Have a better check-in experience. !

The reception staff was good, friendly and helpful. But the other bar and restaurant staff could not speak much English, the room cleaning was clean at first glance, but my money fell under the bed and when I wanted to pick it up, I was disgusted when I saw the condom garbage used by the previous guests. When I opened the window, the window edge and sill were very dirty and full of stains. I have been a hotelier for 35 years, and the lack of room service and the lack of a minibar cabinet in the room were major shortcomings.
