Positive points:
Nice hotel, the room was big and quiet,
Location isnt far from the center,
Parking big and for free,
Spa and fitness included.
Less positive:
I couldnt use the central heatin in the room, so slept with open window,,
Some damages in the bathroom that could be repared.

So disappointed, should not be aloud to be a five star hotel, barely a four.
Room was not clean, had stains on bed sheets, long black hair all over bathroom floor etc.
We called down to reception to ask for dental accessories, but they never arrived,
Breakfast was horrible, 80% of all food had been out way too long so it looked very unhealthy to eat.
But worst of all where some of the reception staff… they where nonchalant and could not even fix a cab for us even though we stood in the reception for 30 minutes while they where trying.
SPA was basic, no nice feeling, quite noisy, cold pool
cold jacuzzi, and very very slippery everywhere.
Some nice, good and helpful people in the reception staff though, and those picking dish in breakfast sis there job.
But for a five star hotel… no.. it would have a really nice 3-star hotel. Average 4,
Very disappointed with our choice of hotel.
