It’s an excellent hotel, good location not far from the center, very clean, the staff is very friendly, I would highly recommend it for any kind of purposes.

Good hotel in Minsk heart. Near hotel is nice places to eat with home made food and with europenian food.
Not far away from hotel (15min by walk) is famous Zibitskaja bar street.
Rooms are very nice in palace style.
In last floor of hotel is nice ***** bar with very kind and nice girls.

The hotel room is comfortable, clean, cozy, good breakfast. The only negative is that the shower cabin leaks; When taking a shower, water leaks onto the floor.

Every things were awesome! Little bit of issues but all taking care of. I'm expecting room service would give new roll of toilet paper when it running low. I have to ask them for new one.

Good breakfast, 10 minutes walk to the centre. There are many restaurants and cafes near the hotel.

Only Trivago sucks. I do not recommend Trivago. They cheat, teudny contact with them.

Overall the hotel is quite good.
On the positive side, excellent and very convenient location, always helpful and polite staff, two metro stations nearby, very close to many attractions. Everything inside is quite interesting and beautiful. It feels like the hotel is quite new.
But as always, the other side of the beauty of courtesy and convenience is the service. Service is the employees and their attitude to their work. And then dark spots appear, literally and figuratively...
The room was booked for three guests, but in fact it was only ready for two. And the bed linen that was there turned out to be dirty.
Room cleaning, as well as replenishment of water and other things, turned out to be irregular and required reminders.
Also, I would recommend the hotel to have coolers in the hallways.
