Excellent hotel, wonderful room, massive beds everything was first class really enjoyed the sauna and little pool they have. Location is great, next to happening pedestrian area. This is definitely our hotel when we visit Minsk, staff were very helpful and nice! 💯

Despite its relatively young age, the hotel had already seen quite a bit of life, so there were minor renovation needs everywhere.
The Russian interior design style, which even imitates Baroque, is quite over the top. Well, it wasn't mine, but I guess it's fine for many people...
The negative thing was that the room I was given - the entire carpet was completely covered in stains, and I didn't feel like walking barefoot there.

It was a Tidy & Clean hotel. Well Decorated. The only problem was, it gave a feeling that the hotel was still working under the process of closing. The ****** was closed, Restaurant closed, no breakfast, no room service, I mean the hotel’s activities were minimized. A strange thing was, they charge extra money if you take an additional towel. A very small price, but makes feel why they do that. So, the hotel, personnel are very nice, but somethings give a strange feeling.

There is no SPA only a small swiming pool acts like SPA, the gym is located in the SPA room and hardly any room to more around. There are 3 relaxing bed abd on sofa. There is no active resturant even they advertise it on there website and TV. There is only tea in the room and no coffee.
In the bath room there are no floor mats/towels.

This is a beautiful hotel with absolutely disgraceful terrible service. This hotel is not a five start hotel due to bad service. Rude reception staff.
