2) One thing must mentioned is this hotel accepts Singapore bank issued credit card which so cool !
3) one lady staff at the counter at midnight very smart and helpful in helping me for my credit card and train booking online

The front desk of this hotel is very nice. I couldn't book a hotel before, and they helped me contact and make phone calls. It's very nice. The location of the hotel is also very good, in the city center. The only thing is that it is a bit old, and the elevator can't go directly to the hotel. You have to go up several flights of stairs. The most important thing is that there is no one to help with the luggage...

A wonderful hotel in the heart of the city. Everything is within walking distance. The only downside is that they assigned a room for people with limited mobility. As a result, instead of a shower stall, there's a metal tray for a stroller, without a curtain. The logical result: everything is flooded.

Breakfast was simple but ok. Hotel needs to be renovated, everything looks old. The lady at the reception tried to help me, but in the end she sent me somewhere completely different from where I wanted to go. The Wi-Fi works, but it’s not very fast. The room is cleaned every day. The air conditioning didn’t work, so I couldn’t heat the room on a chilly evening.
