Siamo andati in 4 camminatori della via Francigena. Camere lontane dalla via F. Abbiamo dormito in tre in una stanza: 40 euro a testa con bagno fuori dalla camera. Prezzo alto per il servizio. Colazione autogestita, triste. Accoglienza fredda..in piedi sulle scale, stanchissimi dal cammino, con gli zaini in spalla....Non lo consiglio

La struttura ha camere prive di aria condizionata (tutta la struttura ne è priva) che si affacciano su una strada rumorosa e trafficata di notte. L' host ispeziona le camere durante l'assenza degli ospiti e sposta le cose. DA EVITARE!

non andateci pessima gestione.....host che nemmeno lontanamente sa trattare con professionalità e cortesia l'utente, lo si evince già dalle risposte che la signora posta con arroganza ad ogni recensione negativa....host invadente entra nelle stanze in assenza del cliente, abbiamo notato effetti personali spostati (e non risponda perché ha rifatto la camera perché non è mai stata rifatta al nostro rientro per tutto il soggiorno)...alla prenotazione telefonica omette che la camera è provvista di bagno ma ubicato all'esterno in un corridoio , scomoda, abbiamo fatto fuggi fuggi in telo da doccia per schivare gli altri ospiti temendo passassero nella parte comune , la signora ci ha anche ripreso perché con le porte disturbavamo gli altri ospiti, sfido chiunque a fare avanti e indietro...una famiglia al completo che cerca, in tutta riservatezza di non farsi notare in desabille' (ma forse l'host non sa nemmeno che cosa significhi "riservatezza"). frigo in condivisione😟....

Qualunque esigenza viene presto accolta dalla famiglia senza problemi.

Appena si arriva ci si trova in un bellissimo giardino, con un patio spesso ventilato, che in questo periodo estivo è molto gradevole.
Ottima la posizione vicino gli svincoli della superstrada Formia-Garigliano, per raggiungere qualsiasi cosa in pochi minuti.
