The hotel was great and the people were amazing! They were so accommodating when my family members were coming in and out during their day visits. I really appreciate everyone there being so nice and so polite!

This hotel is absolutely lovely. It is clean, comfortable and safe. The pool is so refreshing in the heat of the day and all the food I had was excellent. But, the best thing of all is the staff. Everyone here has been so helpful to me. They arranged tours and transportation, provided security when I walked in town, provided a very quick laundry service, and even helped me to find a very specific salon product I was in need of. Thank you to everyone for your kindness and attentiveness!!!

I went to the hotel for mine, I asked how much the night would cost me and they told me $70, I told them on the website it was $50 and they didn't want to accept. I went to the page and paid with my card, they sent me my reservation by email, I returned to the hotel and they did not give me a room, claiming that they never received confirmation of the reservation. I wrote to you. and they didn't give me a solution.
