Nous avons voulu réserver dans cet hôtel avec une wonderbox pour le mois de septembre car il était écrit pour cet établissement séjour gastronomique 2 nuits et 2 dîners déjà au début difficulté pour trouver des dates on fait choisir il confirme et quand je demande de confirmer par écrit la réservation ils nous disent le restaurant partenaire est fermé … donc pas de restaurant et on a demandé un autre restaurant ah non ils sont tous complets ! 5 mois a l avance .. bref publicité mensongère et pas envie de nous recevoir

Dimora storica di « charme » nello stile veneto. Accoglienza e gentilezza del personale sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta. Ambiente caloroso. La struttura e le camere sono funzionali e pulite, la colazione all’italiana con formaggi e affettati.

Trascorsa una sola notte, sufficiente per rimarcare l’assoluta mancanza di professionalità, gentilezza e charme. Il fatto che si tratti di un edificio storico non può giustificare la mancanza di ascensore - o almeno un montacarichi o un incaricato - del bidet e minibar in molte camere, del ristorante all’interno, tutte caratteristiche necessarie per esporre 4 stelle. Per non parlare della colazione con bevande calde servite nei bicchieri di carta e del ristorante “convenzionato” molto candeggiato - Vecia Brenta - con tovaglie di plastica bianca e tovaglioli di carta. Peccato soprattutto la poca cortesia e assoluta mancanza di amabile tratto.

Personale scorbutico , definirlo un albergo 4 stelle , mi sembra esagerato, anche se la propieta ti spiega che lo sono perché dimora storico , anche se di storico non c’è più assolutamente nulla!!! Quindi solo per questo sono 4 stelle, ma tengo a precisare importante per chi avesse bisogno dell ascensore non c è e non ti aiutano neanche con i bagagli , ci sono bagni senza neanche bidet , frigo vuoto senza neanche una bottiglietta d acqua e in più sporco , per non parlare dell ampiezza della camera e della tristezza dell arredo !! Camere non insonorizzate quindi puoi tranquillamente sentire la TV del vicino !! Per finire la colazione , caffè imbevibile servito in bicchiere di carta ,yogurt naturale non pervenuto, frutta solo mela insomma da qui a dire di essere un hotel a 4 stelle ci passa un fiume come quello di fronte All albergo !!!!

Iniziamo dalle cose buone: l’hotel è ospitato da una antica Villa veneta, invero non molto ben conservata, sulla strada che da Mira conduce a Mira Porte, in un contesto tranquillo e panoramico. Fine. Non è stata servita la colazione per due giorni di fila, a causa di un qui pro quo legato al sito di Booking, dove essa si indicava disponibile dalle 7 mentre in struttura si è stati informati dell’inizio della colazione alle ore 8. Niente è stato fatto dalla struttura per colmare questo gap. Stanza rinfrescata con un ventilconvettore rumorosissimo, quindi le alternative erano stare svegli ad ascoltarlo o spegnerlo e stare svegli per il caldo. Camera sporca. Frigobar vuoto. Dotazione del bagno piuttosto risicata. Sinceramente non si comprende come questo hotel possa avere 4 stelle.
