I am staying at Robsi Hotel currently and unfortunately my review is bad. When I arrived they couldn't find my reservation and tried to charge me a second time. They were sweet about it and apologized so this was not a problem. The problem is there is no electricity here. I live in Haiti and I have run a small hotel here. I know what the costs are. The generator here was on. For a couple of hours. My room does not have a rechargeable fan (available for purchase in the supermarket five minutes walk from here). The windows don't open. It is hot in here.. When I arrived there was no bottle of water in the room, no shampoo provided, no new toilet paper roll. All of this would be fine if the room was $10 per night. It isn't. It is $66 per night which is a price one would pay in the US. If one pays US prices one expects to receive things like in the US. If you are not able to offer these things then lower the price.
