Very clean, breakfast is buffet, very good. I also had a massage, which cost 20usd and was very comfortable. The room feels better than the pictures 😀Exceeded expectations, the room is very big.

The swimming pool is beautiful and close to the pier. Whale watching is 60 knives, and children are half price. The resort itself is very beautiful, but the busiest part of this place is around the beach. I paid 500 rupees for a tutu from the supermarket at Dachukou. I originally booked the Sky Garden Mini Hotel with my friends. When I checked in and no room was available, Ctrip offered to switch here for free. The sky garden where my friend lives is a trap. Thanks to Ctrip, it has been filled up. Ctrip’s service is great.

we stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a nice time. The pool area is fantastic and I can imagine at the height of summer, it’s a great spot for convening. The location is good as it’s slightly out of the way from the noise of the main beach. Unfortunately despite the great pool area, the rooms are a slight disappointment. They are functional and basic which we were surprised by given it was one of the more expensive hotels we opted to stay in whilst in Sri Lanka. The bathroom in particular is very basic. The breakfast was good. Overall it was an ok stay, but I expect you can get better value for money elsewhere in Mirissa.

We loved our stay at this hotel, which welcomed us very well. The hotel is very well located, close to restaurants and beaches. We rented motorbikes from a shop on the same street and toured the entire south of the island. The pool is very pleasant, the breakfast is also as it has everything you need to start the day off right. Fruit, bread, pancakes, a chef cooking all types of eggs, natural juices, coffee, cakes, etc. The best thing about the hotel is all the staff. They are very friendly young people, who work very well, who help us with everything, very sweet and very helpful. Whatever you need, they always run to help you with a smile on their faces. I ask everyone to read my review and book this hotel to be kind to these young people. I especially want to thank Chef San Jee who treated us very well. For 4 nights we arrived late at the hotel, and he managed to cook our dinner for 10 people. We loved Chef San Jee's food. The Kothu Rotti cooked by him is divine. Another interesting detail is that there are peacocks and we get used to their presence.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The gardens are so beautiful and well maintained and the pool is outstanding and suitable for kids and adults. It is located away from the main beach (but not a long walk at all) and is also a great spot to stay if you want to be near Secret Beach (less than 5 mins by tuk-tuk, or walk-able if you can climb the steep hill). It really is a lovely spot to get away from the over-touristy parts of Mirissa and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Booked a while ago and had a really good rate, overall a good stay. Initial problem with room as bed was very low and I would struggle getting in and out of bed however quickly rectified and moved room, if you have similar issues I would check, staff great, nice pool side bar and decent breakfast. Only reason I couldn’t give it a 5 was pool was very murky and not very clean. You could tell staff were trying to rectify issues but issue still there. Sure it was ok but we used other pools at different hotels as a precaution. Overall though a good stay

This is a very nice place to stay, close to beautiful beaches and restaurants which is an easy walk. Very Clean, comfortable, large room and a beautiful pool to relax and cool off. There is a poolside bar and your own balcony. Very nice breakfast. Would have liked a little longer here in Mirissa!

Lovely hotel great location only 5 mins stroll to beach , pool was lovely and clean , breakfast was nice. We also ordered pool aide lunch on occasion which was of a good standard . Staff very friendly, good spa facilities. Rooms were large with nice size balcony and decent toilet / shower room . Our WiFi didn't seem to work after 9 pm but was OK during day when we used it. Fridge in room also not working but tbh I did not report it as regular fresh water provided

Very good location: 5 mins by foot to the beach (close, but far enough to have silent nights), fantastic personnel, crystal clean, beautiful swimming pool, very good breakfast. The only thing to be improved is the insulation of the windows: if you have a window facing the street, it gets noisy in the morning (for us it was not an issue, but other people might find that disturbing) Overall, a great choice for staying in Mirissa!

One of our more expensive bookings for our Sri Lanka trip. Place had a nice pool, breakfast was ordinary and the room was unfortunately so loud from traffic as the balcony door would not shut properly. Water was not hot in the bathroom. For what you pay vs the rest of the country was a bit of a let down.

Great hotel. Quiet location but 5 minutes walk from Mirissa beach. Super friendly and helpful staff who helped us plan trips. Rooms were nicely decorated and spacious. Lovely balcony overlooking pool to relax on. Lovely pool with sun loungers so you can chill by the pool. Good breakfast included offering western and Sri Lankan options. They also had a generator which was great as we went at a time where there were lots of power cuts. So we always had air-con and wifi connection.

This place was just wonderful. The staff gave us such a warm welcome when we arrived including the owner Priyanga. All throughout our stay the staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us, always with a smile on their faces. The room I stayed in was huge - I booked a triple room for myself and daughter and we were given a free upgrade to a family room - it was massive, more like an apartment and had a great balcony with amazing view of the pool. The breakfast every morning was the best! We got to try local dishes every morning and anything else we requested they made to order. We also got a packed breakfast when we were up early going to a safari which was very thoughtful of the staff and also even on our transfer to the airport on our way home. The location is extremely convenient being so close to Mirissa beach and all the lovely bars and restaurants. We had a fantastic time staying here I would recommend, and will definitely be returning. Sally, Scott and Lara 😊

We stayed one night at the property during our recent visit to Mirrissa. The property is within walking distance of the Mirissa fishing harbour, so it was really convenient for us as we had planned a whale-watching trip the following day. We did the hotel reservation over the phone and the owner was very supportive in getting all things sorted out. Friendly staff and always had a smile on their face. We were in a double room adjacent to the pool area on the 1st floor and the room was spacious and clean. Did not have a fancy breakfast but had some lovely local cuisines. The best pick for me was coconut sambol. It's great value for money and would recommend anyone.
