This is a really nice hotel/apartments. It is built down a hill right to the beach the rooms are terraced so each one has a great view out over the sea to Telemnos island. The roons are well equipped and presented very clean and serviced daily. WiFi air con and hot water all good. You can easily get to the beach from the hotel through the shady super Mario bar. The staff are charming and helpful nothing too much trouble. We extended our stay by a day and they fitted us in. The only caveat, if your mobility is not good ask for a room at stret level there can be quite a lot of steps to your room as the hotel is built on the side of a hill (as are a lot) in Misouri. I would stay here again

Demander les studios en bas,vue magnifique,studio spacieux,personnel sympathique,manque juste une cafetière et huile vinaigre pour la petite salade quand on passe quelques jours,c’est le meilleur séjour que nous avons passé cette année,un souvenir inoubliable

I struggled on 3 vs 4 stars as there are a lot of great things but also some watch outs Great things: 1. Nice, clean rooms in a great location (Masouri is a fabulous area and the location of the hotel on the Main Street, as well as close to the crags is perfect) 2. Rooms have an amazing view over the water and of Telendos. Mine has a nice balcony and many of outdoor terraces. 3. The air condition worked well, the beds are nice, and the hot water and water pressure in the shower is great. 4. There is a small kitchenette which is useful to have. Why it’s not 5 stars: 1. WiFi is terrible and barely worked. I called in advance as many reviews suggest this. They told me that they had gotten a new router and it should be as good as any place on the island so I thought the reviews may have been before that, but it’s not the case. I had to hotspot from my mobile phone when trying to work. The WiFi in the restaurant is much better but the restaurant told me that it is a different owner and different WiFi (and despite being directly above the restaurant, it didn’t work from my room). 2. The noise. My room was just upstairs from the restaurant and reception. While the balcony view was great and it was just one flight of stairs it was loud. The restaurant seemed like the only place playing the football matches and everyone was there until late at night, and I could hear everything. Im a good sleeper so it wasn’t the end of the world for me, but it’s a watch out if you are not. So overall nice property but these are important watch outs!

A nice hotel but as it was the start of the season, a little disorganised in terms of the rooms, what was provided etc. The first room allocated was under the bar and very noisy at night. There were also constant issues with corridor lighting not being turned off. We moved rooms eventually, which did help. However, overall I wouldn't go back because of the noise issue and the general quality of some of the rooms.

Had a wonderful holiday for 9 days. The studio was on the lowest floor with a great view. The studio is spacious and tidy with some damage from use. Kitchen cabinets crooked and a piece of bathroom furniture (has been repaired). The air conditioning was a thing, which leaked, so that the floor was wet several times. Despite the top efforts of the service-oriented employees, the technician could not solve the problem. All in all very good.
