The hotel property is situated in the busy market and has spacious rooms. The staff is polite and happy to help if you need anything. Major drawbacks: the cleanliness is not at par with the tier 2 cities. The bedsheet and blankets both had bad smell and visible spots in multiple places. Also the hotel doesn't have lifts so if you are travel-ling with old family members then you may face issues.

As per charges not feel better, bedsheet, pillow cover dirty, i asked regarding but no any responses. No towel available in rooms. A. C not cooling properly.

Bad experience never suggest to go and stay there, rate r too high as compared to service no bath towel, no bath kit, no dental kit. No welcome bottle, tea kit also not available. When u remind for water then their staff start motor so u can use water for washroom. They stopped gijar supply then again remind then they do... and there management so ridiculous.... they have no communication in their staff..... In short never ever stay.....
