鎮上馬路邊的“大車店”，周邊吃飯不方便，農村鎮上的店，服務和標準都很差。
房間設施和衞生比較差，私人衞生間沒有熱水，洗澡和熱水需要到公共衞生間，這叫私人衞生間？衞生間的功能，不止是拉屎拉尿，還有洗澡洗漱，特別是夏天！
私人衞生間沒有熱水不方便的事，投訴到攜程平台，平台反饋老闆死不承認，偷換概念，説沒有投訴耽誤洗澡的。大哥，是公共衞生間不方便洗澡，沒去洗好不好！
就在設施和服務水準，一百多的房費，當我是冤大頭啊？
建議興凱湖鄉提高吃住的服務標準，否則愧對來興凱湖旅遊投宿的旅客，興凱湖鄉的領導們，任重道遠。
來興凱湖新開流景區的遊客，吃住可以考慮去更西的當壁鎮8511農場，畢竟是多年國營農場所在地，服務和水準好很多。

房間乾淨舒服，老闆夫妻人超好，熱心幫我們推薦景點和路線，趕上過節還特意送了粽子，最最關鍵的是老闆人品超讚，我們把包裹忘了拿，清早5點多老闆騎着自行車追着我們把東西給我們送過去！強烈推薦！
