Very friendly welcome and all the staff were really helpful and nice. They offered help with maps and local recommendations. Room was good, bed was really nice and comfortable. Room was also really clean. Great location. Would definitely recommend. Really good stay.

Great room, friendly staff, clean, good breakfast. Overall best place we stayed on our trip. Staff helped with a window shade issue. Breakfast staff was outstanding and the food was fresh and the coffee was excellent. We'd stay here again. Excellent location in the downtown area with lots of things to do.

The main reason we picked this place was for the awesome looking pool and hot tub but when we got here they said it wasn’t working which was not advertised. Pretty expensive for no pool, hot tub and the on site restaurant is also being worked on. Nice place but way too expensive for no extras and you have to pay for breakfast too. Plus side is comfy beds but they are super high.

This hotel is super cool. They allowed me to get an early check-in reservation so me and a bunch of grooms we can get ready for my brother’s wedding. Sienna is super helpful getting us in And the rooms are super clean. This is my second time staying here and I’ll be back!!

Can't say I would stay again. This is literally downtown, minutes from UM campus, courthourses, restaurants and businesses. Bit hard to get to. Parking is in a secured lot but is extremely crowded so hotel guests are lucky if they find a place to park. Room was cute but first time I've ever stayed in a hotel anywhere that has a portable free standing A/C unit that kicked off and on all the time and was noisy. Coffee is available in room but lacks the appropriate amendities that goes with it. There is no complimentary coffee in the lobby are, guests are required to purchase coffee at the coffee bar and service was poor to boot so ended up skipping my morning coffee as I did not have all the time in the world to wait. Elevators are extremely slow. Internet is even slower, took 20 min. just to get on. (1 bar). Room keys failed to work properly. Good things were 1) pet friendly 2) rooms were clean 3) outside noise is eliminated. It was a bit disappointing for the quality that I expect from IHG.

Amazing location and staff! We didn’t have reservations prior to our arrival- we were just winging it and we were welcomed by Robert on the front desk- he was able to get us two nights (Friday and Saturday) -check in was seamless So many great locals amenities all within walking distance from the hotel (downtown shops, Cara’s park, lots of restaurants and cafes)
