Not impressed. When the staff shows no respect for the property or their jobs I don't have much desire to stay again. The front desk was unoccupied most of the time while they sat outside and smoked. The check-in staff member basically said she wouldn't stay in some of the rooms. Some rooms were not cleaned and could not be rented. I could go on.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this place was unacceptable. Room smells of mildew, stains on bathroom floor. But they did have clean sheets and nice bed. Unfortunately took 35 min to check in since lady at front desk couldn’t use her computer and had to make multiple calls.

Flight was delayed so it was a quick stay. Convenient to the airport. Clean and comfortable place to stay.

Spacious clean room with kitchenette (optional dishes and pots and pans). Full size fridge and microwave. Housekeeping on 4 day schedule, but you can change linens and towel. Had to ask for more toiletries. Slow draining sink was not addressed. Staff was pleasant but seemed disinterested. Location off interstate 90 with good restaurant options. Some cooking smells in corridor from longer term stays (we were here for 6 nights).Would stay here again.

Was good overall. Nobody was at the counter for check in for about 10 minutes. The TV stations didn’t match the laminated guide. No recycle options. Bed, pillows and shower were all great.
