Flawless Service and Superb Room Layout
"An absolute gem. The service here is exemplary; the staff are genuinely attentive, proactive, and constantly mindful of guests' well-being. As for the room, it was spotlessly clean, wonderfully spacious, and featured a brilliant design that is both visually stunning and highly functional for daily use. Everything about this stay exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for a flawless getaway!

NO for us. We hate that it’s centralised aircon system which is not indicated in their description. We understand that the season is still cold but cold/warm is up to guests to decide for themselves! the hotel set it to heater only. we asked if they have fan to borrow, the manager showed me a usb table fan -.-“ the hotel has very old fittings. the shower tap is turn-knob style u gotta adjust 2 knobs - hot & cold. the “special design” in my room (Designer Twin Room) was a stupid fitting. my husb was coughing and the metal fixture had echo!! i don’t know how best i can describe it.. it’s like u take something to hit a hollow metal sound.

The room was spacious, making it easy to open large suitcases. There's a big public bath and a laundry room, and breakfast was good. The room was quiet and peaceful. The hotel is right across from the station; you just take the pedestrian bridge down and you're there. If you have luggage, though, you'll need to take the elevator on the left side of the bridge down to street level, cross the zebra crossing, and then you're at the hotel. We visited in March when the plum blossoms were in full bloom. You can walk from the hotel through the station to Kairakuen Garden and then take the train back.

friendly staff. room is comfortable enough for two people.
onsen was clean and had a calming environment.
breakfast was quite nice as well. loved the mito natto. though options were less for vegetarians in my family.

Breakfast is good. But don’t expect you can get any response by sending them emails. Didn’t get any reply for my emails prior to my stay. No amenity provided expect toothpaste. Never seen that in Japan.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping is excellent. The accommodation is close to a shopping mall and the train station, making it convenient for both private car and public transportation.
