Clean and free water was provided. I also found my lost wallet and the counter staff was so friendly. It was a pity that it leaked a little even if it was watered by the bathtub, but it was only a sense of the bathtub. Recommended

Business hotel, to the nearest town of Zugspitze, the hotel room in the town is not equipped with air conditioning, heating only, in the summer open air window is still acceptable.

Great location on the outskirts of town but easily walked from the station in the summer/autumn, just be aware of the hike up a steep trail to the entrance - there is an alternative! Food was wonderful - great variety in the buffet breakfast and dinner. Staff were very friendly and helpful; they make you so welcome. At the back of the hotel are trails with fabulous views of Zugspitze and Alpspitze; you can hike the old bob sleigh run, too. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

The welcome was fantastic and very accomodating. The restaurant staff, food and organisation was excellent. The accomodation clean, tidy and practical. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for looking after us as a family for our 5 night stay. Thanks especially to John and Andreas who both treated us with the kind of service that you would never find in a chain hotel, including being guides to the local area and entertaining our children. We hope to return again!

This was the second time we spent a week at this classic Tyrolean family-owned hotel that gave us such a warm welcome during our first visit in 2016. After our first stay it was clear that if we ever come back to Seefeld we'll return to Central Hotel. The hotel has a very good location close to the town centre where it is easy to go the cafes, shops, summer concerts and the bus/railway station. The rooms are modern and stylish with a cosy Tyrolean touch – and it was always nice to return to the well-cleaned room after a long day spent outdoors hiking or cycling. This time we stayed in bigger double room on the top floor and had very nice views to the mountains from the panorama window. We found the size of the hotel to be perfect: not too big nor too small. I'd recommend booking half-board: the 4-course dinner is a real treat and suits well vegetarians as well which was an important criterium for us. There is variety in dishes and the desserts deserve a special mention. The waitstaff are true professionals with a sense of humour (our greetings to Nedo!). In our opinion the best thing about this hotel is the warm and at the same time very professional atmosphere the owners Angelika & Hans and the hotel staff succeed to create: you can really sense that they want to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The staff at the reception are friendly, attentive and always willing to help – they provided us with useful information and tips about bus & train timetables, bike rental, cycling routes, etc. We met the owners several times during the week and it was always nice to have a chat with them. We got the impression that a lot of the hotel guests keep coming back to this hotel. We especially want to thank the hotel manager Hans and Petra at the reception who helped us catch the Flixbus to Munich on the last day of our holiday week – we would have been in trouble without your quick reactions! We found this hotel simply by searching „best hotel with SPA in the Alps“ and it showed up in multiple rankings. For a long weekend it seemed perfect, and almost perfect it was: Professional, warm, welcoming staff all along. Every single interaction, from the check-in to the restaurant, the bar, everywhere, we could experience authentic, nice and hospital staff. That part could not be better. And the meals…to die for. Amazing breakfast buffets, great snack mid afternoon, and the the 5-course dinner have set new benchmarks in my book. We loved the gym and the SPA. The pool is not huge, yet there is plenty of space, and the saunas and steambaths are in excellent shape. The whole hotel and everything around it feels new, modern, clean, yet with that Austrian/Alpine touch. The room have a decent size, all come with a balcony from which one can admire the beautiful surroundings. So, where is the „issue“? The hotel is just next to a quite busy road with fast traffic. Somehow the experience could have been totally perfect if one could sleep with open windows (it was warm) or if laying on a sunset in the garden it would be „mountain quiet“. But it was not, you clearly hear the traffic all the time. Without this acoustics disturbance this hotel, its staff, its service offering, its infrastructure, would deserve top votes in every regards. May be there is a way to build sound barriers like in many other places, and hide them behind bushes or small trees?

We stayed in the hotel for 2 days and the restaurant convinced us to spend a night extra. The hotel itself is very nice with glass and wood, really ”authentic”. The comfortable room with wood and a very sympathetic disguised style. The big weak point is the bathroom, which in turn the deep side becomes deteriorating. The hotel was very clean and the toilets are very low and the shower is very close ... but it's done well..Conclusion: Hotel that looks out of time, hot staff and family atmosphere, really very pleasant restaurant with very good and exquisite Austrian dishes, even with a baby
