The facilities and service were very good. I booked a pool villa on the first day, and sent an email to the hotel in advance to ask if the pool villa's water was hot water since the weather during my visit was around 20 degrees. I received a reply email saying that it was standard temperature, so I thought it was to maintain a constant temperature, but it did not provide hot water, and the water temperature was based on the current temperature. If they had given me an accurate answer that hot water was not provided, I would have booked a regular room from the first day. I regret that I ended up using the pool villa because of the mistake in the reply, even though I did not have to use it.

Miyako Island is so beautiful. The hotel is close to the east side of the island, connected to a large hotel villa area. There are circular buses connecting various places, which can basically meet various needs. The hotel service is good and responsive.

I used it on my honeymoon. On that day, I was told that there was a vacancy in a room with a pool, so I was upgraded free of charge. It was a wonderful room where you can enjoy the feeling of a tropical resort with an oriental scent! The amenity bath salts also had a very good scent, and I was able to enjoy bath time. The popular restaurants in the resort were fully booked, so if there is something you are interested in, we recommend that you make a reservation in advance. It was very helpful to have the front desk look for an empty restaurant. Teppanyaki was so delicious!

Stayed in the Allamanda Suite.
I always stay on the main island, but suddenly changed to Miyakojima due to bad weather. Enjoy Miyakojima for the first time.

First of all, the staff who suddenly entered the room without pressing the call. What would you have done if you had taken a bath? It is impossible to go back to cleaning other rooms as if nothing happened.
