The resort is pretty good, but the view from the room is average, a bit far from the sea, and there is a building in front of it that is being renovated, the service attitude is okay, but the service staff's English is too poor

I used it on my honeymoon. On that day, I was told that there was a vacancy in a room with a pool, so I was upgraded free of charge. It was a wonderful room where you can enjoy the feeling of a tropical resort with an oriental scent! The amenity bath salts also had a very good scent, and I was able to enjoy bath time. The popular restaurants in the resort were fully booked, so if there is something you are interested in, we recommend that you make a reservation in advance. It was very helpful to have the front desk look for an empty restaurant. Teppanyaki was so delicious!

There are many villas on the island, I enjoy it very much, I like the Ryukyu Cup very much, and I have a pleasant vacation.

Stayed in the Allamanda Suite. I always stay on the main island, but suddenly changed to Miyakojima due to bad weather. Enjoy Miyakojima for the first time. when it comes to hotels A word of regret. First of all, the staff who suddenly entered the room without pressing the call. What would you have done if you had taken a bath? It is impossible to go back to cleaning other rooms as if nothing happened. Not even a shred of morals. Also, the firmness of the bed. This is too stiff. It feels like you are sleeping on a tatami mat. Nowadays, even business hotels use mattresses like French beds or airweaves, but it's better if the staff sleeps once and feels it. So, the first Miyakojima. Enjoy everything except the hotel.

We had our wedding at Allamanda Chapel nearby the Allamanda Hotel and the location was perfect. The service level was very high and the food was great.

This hotel is amazing. We could have precious time there.

Originally booked jacuzzi suite, but bathroom looks very old and bad smell, so request for different room but they don't have any same type of room available, only room without better bathroom conditions are smaller room ( downgraded room) we take this room, but they cannot give any price adjustment....

The room had a pool, but it was disappointing that it was cold water, not hot, and not suitable for swimming. The shower was not a mixer, so it was a pain to adjust the hot and cold water, and you had to adjust it again after turning it off. There were wooden blinds in the room, but they were covered in dust. The staff were nice, but the facilities were old, and I was not satisfied with the high price.

I stayed there from October 29th to 31st. The check-in staff was extremely unfriendly, and when I asked a question they said they would answer later, and no matter what I asked they just replied "yes". I asked for details about the Halloween event, but there was a mistake in the information, so I ended up not being able to participate, and my precious two nights at the hotel were completely ruined. For dinner at Shigira Blue, I ordered a better course and wanted to enjoy a leisurely dinner with a beer and a bottle of wine, but within an hour the meat was cooked and rice and miso soup were served. It felt like the pace of the customers was completely ignored. The staff were foreigners. However, I would like to thank some of the kind staff. I felt that the overall customer service attitude of the Allamanda staff was not commensurate with the price, and that it was not a first-class hotel. As a result, next year I will spend the first-class hospitality of Ishigakijima InterContinental.

The room and the service were excellent, but even though there are many hotel services, there were times when I didn't know about them because there wasn't enough explanation, which was a shame. If you listen and take advantage of them, you can enjoy a wonderful vacation without complaint. I would like to use it again next time!

This may have been an issue with the location of the room, but the room we stayed in on the first floor had a moldy and dusty smell that was noticeable as soon as we entered the room. There was an air purifier in the room, but the smell did not improve during our stay. Also, the only way to move between facilities is by car, cart, or shuttle bus, which takes time, so this may not be suitable for people who find this inconvenient. The service was very good, and the staff were very helpful.

Overall, it felt like a tropical resort and I enjoyed the extraordinary atmosphere. It was a little disappointing that the ocean was a little far from the room, but the food and service were very good.

Although the facilities are in good condition, they are quite old. The tank-type toilets and shower facilities also feel a little old. However, I think that Miyakojima and Okinawa are beautiful.
