I called the hotel to help me get a taxi~ But I really want to complain about the hotel environment. Because it is still under construction next to it. It really affects the stay experience. Another thing is that there are cockroaches in the hotel... They will climb on the walls in the room at night... More than 4,000 per night during holidays is really not cheap. I really can't accept this hygiene problem

On September 26th, around 12:00 AM, I went to the front desk and asked a skinny male employee who was about 163 cm tall and wore gold-rimmed glasses, ”Please dispose of the trash.” He didn't even pretend to accept it and just stared at me and asked what kind of trash was inside. I don't know why the gesture was so bad, even if asking what kind of trash was for the purpose of separating it. The other employees didn't ask and just accepted it even though I had separated it myself. I'm Korean and my Japanese is not good, so I don't know if I just caught him off guard, but anyway, as a customer, I'm writing this review because I only received such service from that employee. And when I asked to change it to coins for the coin laundry, he only gave me change and went about his business without saying a word. When I went down to have breakfast around 7:00 or 7:30 AM on the 28th, the employee was there again. A Japanese elderly couple was walking in front of my family, and only said good morning to them. And he didn't even say hello to my family.. I stayed from the 23rd to the 28th, and the staff greeted each guest one by one in the morning, so I had a really good day, but the service was the worst during the time that person worked. It was so subtle and disrespectful, and I felt like that person was taking away all the service that the other staff members were working hard for. The reason for staying at a hotel is to stay comfortably in a foreign country without worrying about what others think, and I think providing that is the basic and flower of hotel service. I'm also curious about the name of that staff member, and please tell me what measures you will take. I clearly remember their face. I hope that other foreigners don't feel discriminated against subtly by that person and have bad memories of Miyakojima.

It felt like a new hotel. We were greeted with a welcome drink. The pajamas were separate and beautiful. There were also plenty of amenities for women. The location was such that we couldn't rent a car this time, so we had a hard time finding dinner because the restaurant downstairs was booked for us. If you want to live here, remember to charter a car or rent a car, otherwise it will be really difficult to walk. Then, you must praise this staff! Especially the front desk and the restaurant, the language is not very good, English + Japanese + more than hand-drawn feet, but each is very energetic, very patient to communicate, and gave us a lot of help, really thank you! The room itself has a washing machine, which is very important. Go into the water several times a day, and wash wet clothes quickly. It also has its own kitchen, large refrigerator, oven, and coffee machine. The air conditioning is very powerful. Disadvantages: This family room is in Habor Wing, the facilities are old, the floor is still bulging, and although the cleaning is timely, cockroaches are found. The bedding is not very comfortable.

However, I was not guided to the room even though the check-in time was too late on arrival and I was waited in the lobby. When I checked with the staff from here, ”Is the room still there?”, I was finally guided. Even when I arrived in my room, my luggage was not carried. It was a bit disappointing when I arrived, but other than that, it was a satisfactory stay.
