It's a great value for staying in this property. A little far away from the Miyazaki station, it's located at the end of the Boulevard (Tachibana-tori). Most facilities were clean but kind of old. The window was dusty and there was a bad smell from the restroom.

No man hotel with technology of self check in but on the other hand in washrooms the water mixers are very old every time when you want some water you have to decide and both hot water and cold water taps adjust with each other to get required temperature of water. In small hotels and in backward areas now automatic water mixers are available you have to adjust just one knob and you will get water with desired temperature.

The room was clean and the location was good. But it was really troublesome to make a reservation through trip.com. This hotel is completely self-check-in and there is no one at the front desk. Only a tablet! That's fine, but I couldn't check in with the reservation number or other numbers sent by trip.com! A staff member came out of the back room to help me, and said that the check-in number was sent to me by email. But there was no such thing from trip.com! To top it off, they said it was not possible because I had a bad relationship with trip.com! I will never stay at such a hotel again!

清潔でコスパが良くておすすめのホテルです。 立地的には宮崎駅から徒歩約20分ですが、ニシタチと呼ばれる宮崎市中心の繁華街にも徒歩10分前後と近くて特に不便はありません。宮崎県庁はホテルのすぐ近くです。 ホテルとしては、豪華なわけではありませんが、部屋はとても広くて清潔なのでとてもよかったです。 ウエルカムサービスとして、マンゴードリンクとマンゴーアイスが各１つサービスだったのも嬉しかったです。 トータルとして、コストパファーマンスのよい清潔なホテルであり、また泊まりたいと思いました。
