I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. The room I booked had two Japanese-style single beds, but it was actually a Japanese-style room with tatami mats. When I checked in, I was asked about room cleaning, so I told them that it was okay since I was staying multiple nights. I was told that they would come to lay out the futons at night, but they didn't come...I had no choice but to lay them out myself, but there were no sheets, so I called the front desk and they told me that they didn't have to clean the room, so they didn't lay the futons out. ??? It was a bit disappointing because the hotel had a great view from the ocean.

The ocean is right in front of you and the view from the room is amazing.
There are two hot springs, one in the basement and one on the rooftop. We were able to bathe in the hot springs even after checking out.
The hotel itself is old, but the service was very satisfactory.

This hotel is definitely old and has a retro look to it. And that is not a bad thing, we like it. It’s like traveling to the past and experiencing life in the 80s or 90s. The room we’ve booked was Japanese style, sleeping on a futon and the hotel staff prepared it for us before bedtime when we came back from sightseeing. The room is also spacious.
The location of the hotel is just in front of the beach and it’s perfect to enjoy a morning or evening stroll along it. Aoshima shrine is a few minutes walk away and there are many restaurants to choose from nearby.
Staff service was good.

The quality of the hot springs is excellent for the location. However, the room seemed quite old. I made a reservation based on the information that there was a sauna, but I was disappointed as the women's bath was small enough to accommodate only one person.
