Great location, very close to main eatery and night-out area. Free coffee are only provided at their cafe but not in the room. The room is a bit small for three adults.

The staff were very nice, but the cleaning was not thorough. There was dust everywhere, the bath was dirty, and it was really not suitable for staying with other people. I think it's good for solo travelers who just want to sleep. There was only one trash can, which was inconvenient. It was close to the downtown area, and there were plenty of restaurants within a 6-7 minute walk, so there was no need for a taxi.

When I called before checking in to ask about parking, the staff was very polite and quickly showed me to the parking lot even though it was raining, which I was very grateful for. When I checked in, they also gave me towels and other items, which I thought was wonderful. Also, when I received my room key but couldn't remember where I had put my luggage because there was so much of it, a staff member went out of his way to look for me in front of my room, and despite the inconvenience, they handled it without a word of displeasure, which made my stay very comfortable. The bath water was also safe to use as it was written on the wall, so I was able to use it with peace of mind. Just one thing, but I found a few small bugs in the locker, or rather the double-door chest of drawers where you hang your clothes, and once I noticed them, I couldn't hang my clothes, which was disappointing. I would like to use this hotel again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

The room was dark, but the location was good, five minutes away from the street.

The hotel facilities are good, the room is big enough, and it's surrounded by a train station. It's very convenient for me! There are a lot of good food nearby. It has a supermarket and a Baiyin store, so the price/performance ratio is good! ! ! !

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast wasn't bad, and it's about a 20-minute walk from Miyazaki Station. It might be a little difficult if you don't speak Japanese, but it was okay.

The room is big enough for two large suitcases, and the mattress is comfortable. Two free facial masks, three types of bath salts, ear plugs and eye masks are provided in the lobby. The staff is friendly and kind.

My family also said it was comfortable.

The hotel itself is old, but the water pressure in the shower is strong. It keeps amenity. The room was spacious and comfortable. If you walk for about 5 minutes, you can go to the downtown area and there are plenty of parking lots around, so it was convenient. Hotel staff was also kind.

The station and the shopping district were close, so it was easy to get around.

I booked a room for my husband and I, but by mistake I got a single room. However, I was able to stay there for an additional 2,000 yen.
