In the small town of Moab, I chose the Big Speaker Hotel, because the day trip was the Antelope Valley and the Monument Valley, plus the inconvenience of walking caused by tearing knee ligaments a few days ago, so I opened to the hotel at 10 o'clock in the evening. The front desk staff received us very warmly. The only fly in the ointment is that the room has the second floor, and the luggage has to be moved up!

We just stayed here 3 nights the 3rd week of September and absolutely loved it. Great location slightly south of the busiest part of downtown but close enough to walk to dinners and shops. 10 minutes to Arches. Staff was outstanding. Room was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. While breakfast is definitely modified for COVID we thought it was perfectly fine-grabbed coffee to drink while getting ready and then packed a provided bag with muffins and an apple to enjoy as a snack in the park-totally worked for us. This is one of the most affordable hotels in Moab and based on our experience, other reviews, and our personal visual first impressions of the other similarly or lower (or even higher) priced properties in the area this is the best bang for your buck in town.

Great Customer Service by the pair of them Friendly housekeepers. Those to ride for the brand and expressed their loyalty. This hotel was great -- as pictured online. This was our first time staying in a Wingate by Wyndham hotel and we were not disappointed. We stayed in room 305; it has a view of the outdoor pool and back parking lot. The room was clean and everything was functional. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good; it has the usual selection for a continental breakfast. The location is great. It is just on the southern edge of town which made it quiet from the downtown noise (but now out far enough that it was a long drive back to downtown, maybe 5 minutes). This was our first time visiting Moab and we cannot wait to return. We will definitely stay at this motel again and recommend it to others.

WWinifred MakawaThis hotel is nice, we were just passing through Moab for 1 night. The rooms are good, clean, and beds feel comfortable. But our room (2 queen beds) was a bit on the small side, so although I’d recommend this hotel to most travelers, I’d think twice if you have a bunch of hiking gear. Also the showers could be bigger too and the decoration is drab. But staff is very courteous & helpful. The location is convenient, a straight shot, short drive into the town center. There’s no gym but the pool and hot tub are good enough

GGuest UserI can only say positive things about Aarchway Inn. Our plans went sideways for a few days and we arrived quite early for check-in (we had a reservation). The front desk attendants were so friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. As our plans continued to go awry, we returned an hour after we checked out and they found us another room (we did not have a reservation) and fast tracked the cleaning so we could get right in. Both rooms were excellent. One was an executive suite and the other was a standard room with two queen beds. The rooms were immaculate and quite large. The bathrooms were well equipped. Beds were comfortable with nice bedding. The rooms were quiet. I used the laundry facilities and there were four washing machines and dyers (coin operated) that worked well and were nice and clean. Parking was close to the room and the location of the hotel is perfect for entrance into Arches N.P. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast, so I cannot give an opinion there. Again, our stay was outstanding and if ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here and I will tell everyone who will listen what a great place Aarchway Inn is and how friendly and helpful their staff is. Thank you Aarchway Inn!!

GGuest UserUpon our arrival, we were asked by the lady named Jenna in the front desk if it was ok to switch from King bed room to two-queen bed room. We responded that we prefer to have the king bed room that one we had reserved. She gave us room number 212, but we got to the room and tried the key, we noticed it was occupied and the guy in the room wasn’t happy we disturbed him. We came back to the front desk and told her that room 212 was occupied, she then gave us room number 330, and never said she was sorry for the mistake or anything like that at all. As soon as we opened room number 330, we realized it was 2-queen-bed room! I called the front desk and she said there wasn’t any king-bed room available. She knew we had reserved a king-bed, but she didn’t say she was giving us a 2-queen-bed when she gave us room 330. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience with the front desk lady. Hope she gets the training she needs to improve.

OOO-OOIt was confirmed on Ctrip on the same day. On the side of the entrance to the Archs national patk in the town of Moab, there are several gas stations on the main road of the town, and it is convenient to purchase various hot and cold drinks and snacks. Free parking. Breakfast is said to be coffee and bread, from 7 to 9 o'clock, but in order to enter the national park to watch the sunrise, did not have time to eat.

GGuest UserI am an IHG diamond member meaning I stay here and at other holiday inn a lot...over 1000 nights. So I know how things should and should not be. THIS MOAB HOLIDAY INN IS SCRAPING THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL with its employees and service, safety. Food and clenlieness. The checked in and Dominic could not find my reservation even though I made it online through IHG site and provided him the confirmation number.. After some 15 minutes he finally found my reservation and gave me keys to room 350.. With then walked across the hotel with our luggage on the start luggage only to try our keys multiple times and they would not work. When we returned to the front desk and came back with fresh keys only to find they still didn't work.. As I'm rattling the door and playing with the lock till my surprise the door opened With a very very upset man wondering why we were trying to break into his room.. 60 minutes later they they had us in our room. 3 times their key system failed and we would have to go back yet again for new keys. Breakfast was out of food and we didn't have time to wait for more.. I asked for a 2 o'clock diamond elite late the elite light check out which they said they could not do because they were at full capacity tomorrow. This is a lie because I went on as if I were booking 30 rooms and it showed them all available. Not once did Dominic. There were no towels in the pool area yeah and the carpet throughout the hotel is all ripped up and frayed afraid. Last time we came here in the Spring the Spring the pools were ice cold and they did not turn on their fire feathere are fire features. Obviously this hotel this hotel needs new management and a refresh. More than anything that needs management management that will train employees or please or hold them accountable I tried to reach general manager throughout my stay but they said she was not in. There are a lot of other new and nice hotels we have nice hotels here in Moab ,I suggest you check them out for a better experience for experience. The poor person who was asleep in room 350 had us wake him up when we were given his room...then a little later at 1040:pm had the front desk call him playing 20 questions of who are you. Dever felt with cor clueless front desk help with little desire or knowledge to solve a problem. My family waited in the hall and then down to the lobby for the 60 minutes it took them to check me in. Aggrivating

GGuest UserThis place gives new meaning to the word budget. The only thing good about this place is the location and parking, other than that, best to find accommodations elsewhere. Paper-thin walls so you can hear everything that goes on in the adjoining rooms, doors which don't shut but slam (and you pretty much have to slam the door to make it lock),a very loud ice machine by the lobby with no door so be prepared to be wakened when a guest decides to get ice at 3 AM, a cleaning crew which starts vacuuming at 7 AM so you're waking up no matter what. In the room I was in there is a door which I thought was a closet but when I opened the door it was to the adjoining room which had what looked like plasterboard installed as a wall. The bathtub finish was worn away, there was no iron and you have to check at the front desk for one and iron in the laundry room. The last day I was there I paid six bucks, for the washer and the dryer, plus one buck for a detergent pod. When I double checked the clothes when they were washing there was barely any water so I had to spend about 10 to 15 minutes opening and closing the lid to add water. The dryer took over an hour to dry the clothes and it was a small load. One morning the coffee machine went empty in the breakfast room and I told the gentleman at the front desk who told my to get coffee from the machine in the lobby. I don't know whether he got up and made some for the guests still in the room as I left. It was nearly 1800 dollars for 8 nights which isn't exactly budget friendly especially when travelling alone. And yeah, wifi worked. Two stars for location only.
