房間可以。但三天沒有打掃一次衞生。最要命的是,空調噪音太大,像拖拉機。

We arrived at the Silver Sage Inn yesterday evening intending to stay two nights. We found the room unsatisfactory due to the rooms’ uncleanliness. We contacted the manager and reported our findings and disappointment and said we would not be spending a second night We asked to be relieved of the cost for the room for the second night. To our pleasant surprise he sympathized with us, he agreed that the room should be clean and should be of an acceptable standard. He took responsibility for the room’s shortcomings and he agreed to comp us for the cost of the rooms for the two days. We greatly appreciated the Manager taking responsibility and for his understanding.

Arrived early evening into Moab, we were relieved to find a hotel available. Pleasantly surprised to find a clean, comfortable room at such a reasonable price! Nice to have overhead lighting and a comfortable couch to relax on while watching TV. This is the first hotel we’ve stayed at that provided actual ceramic mugs in which to drink hot beverages. The bathroom was adequate and clean with a new sink. Very comfortable room in a handy location for a great price! I would stay here again.

The Rustic Inn was a great place to rest and relax after long days jeeping many of the Moab trails. The staff (Megan, Linda, Marty Irma and the maintenance man(did not get his name), were all exceptional at their jobs. This is what true Hospitality is. This is my go to when I get back out to Moab!! I also met a wonderful German couple, Tony and Gabril. What a nice way to end a day. Strangers connecting half way around the world!! Thank you again!!

Moab is pretty expensive, which I guess is what I thought a $170/night ageing motel at the edge of town was a good idea. There were certainly some odd features to the place. Nobody is EVER in the office--the manager (owner?) texts you instructions on getting into your room. On the plus side, if you text him with any problems (like a poorly flushing toilet) he responds promptly. I also had to ask him for the wifi password, which was on a plaque on the wall over the TV, not where I would usually think of looking. A coffee maker was supplied, but with the wrong shape of coffee inserts provided so the coffee didn't brew very well. Plus no cardboard cups for coffee were provided--there are ceramic coffee cups hanging on the wall with a sign saying they are $5.00. So I used one, washed, it, and put it back. No plastic cups in the bathroom to help with teeth brush either, I used my hiking water bottle. On the plus side, my room (on the back side of the motel) was very quiet--not only was there no traffic noise but I didn't hear the other guests either. But strange sounds came from beyond the bathroom--perhaps a noisy heating system?

We drove up from Tuscon, AZ. PERFECT little place for a night to lay our heads for one night. The next door restaurant was a plus! Very clean. Could have used some plastic cups for drinks? We used the coffee cups.

Since Moab is a busy tourist destination outside of The Arches and Canyonlands and up the road from Monument Vally, it has so many lodging options including most familiar franchises and many local motels. We learned there are so many better options than this old small rundown motel. First the motel is basically parallel to the busiest street in Moab and street noise is a problem. We also heard other guests arguing outside during the evening. This is a drive up to your door motel, though the free off-street parking is limited. There are also limited front desk hours. We were unable to reach anyone to change an online reservation so got charge for a night we didn't use the room. Since we had a dog, they put us in a side room by the office. There was some grass for walking our dog. The room had dated furniture. An old couch took up most of the space. The bathroom only had a sliding door with a shower but no tub. No toiletries placed in the bathroom. There was no breakfast option -- only a coffee maker in the room. It was walking distance to a Dollar General and a local Mexican restaurant, but away from other more pleasant walkable areas of town. There was also a grilled cheese food truck operating on the property most of the day. We like retro motels and booked this one for its competitive price and pet friendly policies, but I would not stay here again even if it meant paying more to stay elsewhere in the area.

Older place. Needs complete renovation. Window style A/C was just sitting in the old A/C's metal cover. It was not secured in any way. Office was only open 3p-10p. Did have an emergency number on the door. Hot tub was outside facing the full parking lot and was locked. Had to have office unlock it (only btw 3p-10p). No privacy when in the hot tub and traffic on main road could see you. Room was clean but microwave was dirty and there was what appeared to be roast beef remnents in the frig's freezer. I paid almost $161 per night, inclu taxes, for this place. See pics. Would spend the extra $ for a newer, better place next time. Would not stay here again.
