It is a nice hotel, near to the bus terminal to get from and to Cebu and a main walking street. However, will need to ride to get to the Sardine run and white beach.
The room is simple, towels provided but no shampoos. Water refilling station are present on every floor and free coffee is offered all day long on the bottom floor.
The staff was helpful.

My wife and I loved everything. The hotel is clean and comfortable. There's even a kitchen where some guests happily cook. And sitting in the evening with geckos for company is a pleasure, watching them swiftly catch insects on the ceiling. The biggest plus is the large clothes drying rack upstairs.

Superb time at Preciosa. Staff are attentive and knowledgeable, and the location is perfect for solo travellers who want an easily accessible piece of the backpacker *****, yet still want a local feel.

Excellent recreational areas and a fantastic kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The staff are friendly and polite. The rooms are clean and cozy.

Good location but the building looks abandoned a bit .. the smell when you come in doesn’t give you good vibes and it’s always empty..
aircon is pretty loud too
