Very convenient location, a beach from which you can swim with a mask and watch sardines right next to the hotel, this is a dive center hotel, you can dive to get padi and all subsequent licenses, clean, large balcony, table, ashtray.
From the unpleasant, a sheet, which instead of a blanket was washed almost to holes, we did not say anything to the staff, we booked for 1 night for us it was not important, and in the closet there was a warm blanket, I injured my leg in the sea, and apparently bleeding began at night, I stained the sheet, we had to pay 1000 pesos, well guys, this is impudence, these sheets need to be thrown in the trash, and for 1000 pesos they will buy 3 new ones, we did not argue, so as not to waste our nerves

Good for diving in Moalboal, its neptune diving shop are downstairs, only 10 metres away from the coast. But of course, the location is at the end of the street. a bit far from the main street restaurants but it just a 5-10mins walk, acceptable . But it is noisy at night, because it is facing a night club . can hear shouting and music from my room till 2-3am.... the hotel restaurant downstairs but my booking didn't include the breakfast , buy separately will be around 200-300 peso.
Air conditioning is not cool enough. no tooth brush ,paste and hair dryer provided. And the water is hardwater, you can buy bottle water yourself. we arrived late, needed to climb to the top (3rd floor). the staff also helped to take the luggage.
The hotel provided car pick up service from Cebu Mactan airport 3000peso 3-4hrs. provided Kawasan fall Canoyeering with transport ticket and lunch 2500 per person (4hrs) with "Nancy Kawasan shop".
Scuba Diving shore 1600peso with gear and dive master, called "Ar-ink", nice person.

It’s super close to the sardine storm. You only need to snorkel for about two minutes to see it. You don’t need to buy any plan.
The lady at the counter is super nice and can help with ordering takeout, but the counter closes early. If you want to borrow a hairdryer or distilled water, do it early.
The room is obviously for divers and comes with all the shower and bath products.
The shower water in the room may be interrupted and you have to wait.
There are small insects, but it's normal in these places. Don't be too scared.
There are many stray dogs and cats around. Some are very friendly and can even swim. The dog in the picture is called Garlic!
