Structure located in an area very convenient to services and parking in front

It is very close to Modena Station, so it is very convenient for transportation. When traveling to Modena on a business trip, it is very easy to take a day trip because the station is close by. It's hard to catch a taxi early in the morning or early in the morning, but the station is close, so it's easy to get to the hotel without a taxi. Cleanliness, facilities, and breakfast are also good among nearby hotels. Parking is also available. Very satisfied.

The location is very good and close to the station. The room is simple and clean. The front desk staff is very kind and recommended many good restaurants nearby. If I have another chance, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Hotel Príncipe in Modena was great for a short stay. The hotel is within a 5 min walk from the train station and is very safe and quiet. The hotel is next to a lovely park. The hotel reception was so nice and gave me a 10% discount to the neighboring restaurant - damedeo. The hotel is within a 10 min walk to the historical city center. I had a top floor unit and had a really pleasant view from my room. The room was also very clean and modern. I would stay here again the next time I'm in Modena.

Great location, breakfast was great. Staff was very engaging and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking is a challenge but manageable if you are patient and willing to wall. Easy walk to city center where all the shopping and dining can be found!

Stayed one night, staff friendly and helpful, room was lovely, hairdryer on wall in bathroom didn’t work so reception gave me a normal one which was much better. Really close to station, very happy with everything.

Room was perfect size for two parents and 16 year old son. Small bar size fridge to store our snacks, bathroom was spacious and beds were comfortable. Easy walking distance to train station, Enzo Ferrari Museum and town centre. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great staff, convenient location to the train station and the old part of town as well as the Casa de Enzo Ferrari. We really enjoyed our day in this city. Both our room and the room of a traveling companion had gurgling AC noises in the night, and our shower was tiny, but the beds made up for it by being very comfortable.

I have stayed here a number of times now. Rooms are good size. Well equipped and clean. Staff are always efficient and hugely helpful. Consistently excellent. I shall stay again,

We use this hotel a lot as the rooms are comfortable, the staff is always friendly, the location is excellent and parking easy to find. It also accepts our dogs, who love this hotel as much as us. Thank you for another great stay.

Very strategic location. Near Ferrari museum, good restaurants, and the Modena train station. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We would have wanted to extend our stay but there was no available rooms.
