It was very clean throughout the property - it looks brand new. Check in and out were smooth and they were friendly.
Unfortunately, the sound transfer is awful. It sounded like elephants above us past 1am. I called reception a few times to report. They said they tried to call them and no one picked up. Nothing else was done as far as I know. We did not sleep at all. We were also able to hear a crying baby from a few doors down. I just think they skimped on soundproofing. I’d advise not to stay here if you’re noise sensitive (the ac is also loud and you can hear noise from the cars on the main road - but the worse is from adjacent rooms).

The front counter could have been friendlier when I walked in for check in. I had called previously to make sure I could do an early check in and they stated it should be no issue. When I walked into the lobby to check in, the ladies at the desk immediately seemed like they wanted to send me away. As soon as I said, “checking in” they replied quickly, “well we would have to see if there is an available room.” As soon as I stated that I already called to confirm, they changed their attitude and found me a room immediately.

What a great place to stay in Modesto. I travel in from out of state for business and this is the place to be. The location is excellent, the staff is amazing, and the food options in the hotel and around are so good. We have partnered with this group for all of our business travel and is our primary spot to stay for my entire organization. Whether you are business or personal use, make this your only option when visiting the Modesto area. You will not be disappointed. Nikki and the entire team is so helpful and you will have a great stay! Highly recommend!!
