I wish to express my most lively pleasure for some staff members of your staff. I am currently staying at the hotel “Alpes” and so my feedback is in ... itinerary. I was affected by the uncommon professionalism of Ala del desk and Master Giuseppe Buttacavoli . Ala resolved a housing problem at the arrival by pointing out its specific attitude in the solvency problem , because we were not very happy with the accommodation found and it immediately resolved the problem brilliantly with a suite more silenceful, comfortable and great. As for the master, Mr. Buttacavoli... I must say that every day offers us a great professionality... a 5-star service, unforgettable in every point of view: a perfect service at breakfast and dinner, courtesy, professionality (a high level professional background is known), staff discipline , table organisation, great variety and quality of the first breakfast and dinner menu choice. We were here eight years ago and we see it even more beautiful... so beautiful that we would like to come back by the end of the year. Finally, a word for Mrs. Giuliana of staff cleans and make up rooms : gentle , precise and perfect: we appreciate very much that every night the beds are rebuilt and the taxes are closed and the staff is going to know if something is needed in the room before you go to bed.
