Un accueil chaleureux,une réception serviable ,un service entretenu,excellente organisation,un buffet très bien présentée surtout le sevice en salle c’est vraiment délicieux et amusant avec les personnels du buffet dont Sandrine et son équipe,ils sont très très agréables ,serviables,souriants,sympas et très accueillants.La piscine est juste magnifique,fraîche et très belle la nuit avec une vue incroyable,la salle de sport est exceptionnelle, très efficace.le massage dans cet hôtel est sublime je veux dire juste super pour un bon moment détente et c’est ultra relaxant avec le spa qui offre un très bon massage. j’ai adoré cet hôtel , un endroit convenable pour passer son séjour en famille 👍👍👍👍😍

J'aimerais parler surtout du petit déjeuner,un buffet exceptionnel au niveau des goûts ainsi que du service impeccable de l'équipe et du personnel Sandrine, Khawla, reda.ce fût une magnifique expérience dans cet hôtel avec les responsables de la réception et les membres de spa dont Asmaa et ainsi la salle de sport très efficace en face de la piscine agréable.tout est extraordinaire.

I made a reservation with 2 rooms but they told me that there was a mistake and i can get only one room. Me,my wife and 3 kids had to spend a night in one room. It was a nightmare The next day they realised the mistake they did on their part and gave me the second room but the bad attitude and arrogance got even worse. I'm still in the hotel and many bad things happened mainly because of a staff manager whome name and other details will be uncovered when i check out. To be continued...

L accueil est décevant Les chambres sont propres Le petit déjeuner est très moyen Impossible de régler la climatisation à une température inférieure à 24 degré Lorsque je suis entré dans la chambre la climatisation n avait pas été mise, il faisait très chaud Les fils de la télévision avait été enlevés La literie est catastrophique, très dure impossible d avoir un sur matelas Je suis Platinium chez Accor, normalement j ai un service « vip » mais au novotel Mohammedia c est une catastrophe

Rooms are up to Novotel standard , clean, confortable , the bar is very nice with good atmosphere even late , decent buffet breakfast and decent restaurant, but what makes the difference is the service! Great efficient staff at the bar at the restaurant or at the reception special thanks to Asma for her lovely smile and her professionalism!
